I came up with £5.77 based on yesterdays closing price, but in addition you have another £1 per share too in your pocket. Again how is this nothing?
There will be 2.8b shares outstanding afterwards. The intrinsic value of the company remains the same therefore the value of the shares will rise to reflect this. How is this nothing?
Good day to hold ALL and SAV
Interesting how it trades at a premium to ALL. Closed last night at .54, anyone know why?
Goolang. I'm not sure it is at full value at the moment. If you take .40p as a fair value prior to yesterdays RNS then a correct value would be 42% higher at .56.
If you don't own any then pick up a little and buy more when it dips.
This stock trades on the US OTC market under the name ALLIF, therefore you often see additional trades after our European market closes.
$3750 = £2758 x 175000 tons per year = £482.650,000. PE ratio x 10/15 = £4.8265 Billion/£7.23975 Billion Divided by 1.7 B shares
= £2.80/£4.25 per share. Hold until 2025/6
Please correct where I have gone wrong?

Not sure why this argument keeps cropping up, but the party in power that have just won an election that saw them increase their mandate, are on record as being pro Lithium mining in Portugal. They think it is a good thing for their country both in terms of the environment, job creation and infrastructure development (not to mention cash infusion).

I think that $1000 value for spod is conservative at this time too, probably closer to $1500 or £1100 now.
I hope you are right as I just added 40k more to my position
gazshot,
what was it that caused that spike back in '18?
Yes, I thought it was amusing. Hence the reccomend.
Ginger,
It isn't manipulated. When the market opens what you can see is the the complete range of bids and asks from the all the different MM's. As soon as a few trades take place the range tightens. Were you to buy or sell the price you would pay or receive would depend on the size of the trade. More you spend the less per share you pay. Flip for sell.
I think a share consolidation is on the cards some time in the future, but 100 to 1 is absurd. An appropriate range would be 5 to 10
0.5% of the company would come to 84mm shares. So not that substantial, but still nice to see
The spread is less than 1%.
If you are having trouble buying below the ask get a better brokerage or buy more shares, you get a better deal with volume.
Hospi, the short answer is that the company is trading for its present value as opposed to its projected value. Until the mine actually has permission to mine it will be valued thusly, once it has the EIA approval it can then be valued closer to its projected value. Once it is actually mining the site it will be valued on its future production and earnings, which of course are dependent on the market value of the minerals it extracts.
Insider, I notice that the choice that Serbia will take is to increase coal production instead of mining Lithium. Just what we all need, more coal!
