From 1st March I bought about 15K shares with average purchase price (tax incluuded) 67.36 pence. Is it to expensive or still cheap ? As for myself not bad... especially when I expect minimum 80% profits and we have a divi on the way. Probably over £8.3K from divi because still ready for another shopping, just when get my weekly wage. I have a bright and claery investment policy, especially about ITV and everything what I will except abiut this company in next months. That means that my today's top up at the price £0.7032 should be a very good investment. Of course, as always, the dividend will be reinvested. Because my target price of £1.2-1.5 for this year and £1.8-3.0 for 2025 do not deprive me of any illusions about how and in what I should invest. At least until one of my "dark horses" wakes up and gives me a chance for even greater profits.

When the supply is limited and purchases appear from outside the group interested in maintaining the price without major increases, the supply will break out to the next level 81-90. It is worth monitoring the volume of orders. And as I said. I believe that any sale order above 100,000 shares at a price of up to +1% from the previous closing price will find a buyer very quickly. Even if it meant one sudden move. The greater the supply, the greater the appetite for its implementation and not the game of buying several - several hundred - several thousand shares. If anyone think that after buyback's announcement we have a price £1 in one week time, now is a time to understand thar this is a game. One from the interesting and important points is 11th April and are the company is interested in purchasing to make a savings in dividend expenses, purchasing part of own shares before that date for their own account ?? This issue is probably regulated by an agreement between ITV and Morgan Stanley. That's my point.

Is for anyone it is surprise (excluding Russian troll Tom) that directors are buying ITV shares over 70.8 pence. Please remind me how many years ago we had such a situation here

In my opinion, any larger supply of shares exceeding 100k will be realized very quickly, as long as it is within +/- 1% of the previous closing price.

Any larger daily price increases will be possible if the start of buyback is disclosed in RNS or we get an extra positive information from the market. Today, shares are purchased and parked on external accounts.

Currently we have a price of 70.20 pence. I am betting that the placed order for at least 200,000 shares at the level of 70.60 pence will find a buyer within half an hour. So, I encourage all interested parties to put their shares up for sale, because it's supposed to be cheaper....

Is it only me who see correlate ITV and Wizzair money invested movement? Is they are the same people invest own money in Wizzair and ITV and transferred your speculation between both? I observe both of this company and sometimes I have a the feeling that the speculative capital of the same people flows between both. I don't know, maybe my conclusions are wrong, but there is something to it.

Buyback was announced in order to reduce shares in circulation and, above all, in response to the decline in the share price. It aims to increase their market value to a level acceptable to the largest shareholders, which is probably at least £1.00-£1.20. Going back to ITV shares.

On the end of February I expected 80 pence because I predicted some good news from ITV. The move that they need to sell some assets was clear and easy to foreseeable and it was signalled by ITV. We have a new important investors in company. They have clearly approach to this investment and therefore have a certain impact on the Company's Management Board and have a certain positive impact on the share price.

ITV shares it's my long term inwestment, but now is a time for my profits.

You can't argue with bandits, murderers and dictators. They are being eliminated. Otherwise they grow stronger and bring death with them. I sold Rolls-Royce, get over 80% profit.

Lost nearly £20k on Velocys (unfortunately trusted Government subsidies and community's investments, but to be fair it was long term high risky investment and that's how it was treated).

I made about £7k profit on Wizzair, and this company is still under my observation, but at the price £23 and in this market circumstances calculation "risk-profit" is not interested for me.

At the moment I moved 90% of my capital into ITV shares, as the best option in 6-12 months term, which should made 80-150% (my average price is about 80 pence but without taking into account dividend reinvestment).

I keep always from 10-30%,in cash for short term investment. I observe about 20 different companies, always easy to find something for small profits. But I prefer long ter investment. I have full time job which is important for me and gives me chance to stay on distance from stock exchange with clear point of view not with the need to earn money for every days spending. That is that what I learned after nearly 30 years in this game.

Just back home and checked last price.

As I predicted on morning.

Tomorrow morning I think that we see information that's buyback started. Next ITV shares price stop over £0.80.

If you trust trolls. If you are trying to catch local lows and make mony "in up" and "in down ". - you are wasting your capital. Not my problem.

The more one-week inwestors sell their shares today, the stronger price growth we will see by the the end of this week.

But like every time just my private point of view..

I made some comments about Ukraine and Putin aggression because my friends were killed over 2 years ago in Kiev. They were a lovely and peaceful family. They were kiled like thousands of innocent civilians in this war. Since this time I am trying to help my friends in this country. We send a money,we organize charity collections and we also buy military equipment. Each of us helps as best we can and as far as we can. There are many British people fighting at the front. And they sacrifice their lives just like others from all over the world who fight for the freedom of Ukraine. They are also fighting for our freedom here in the UK. It is worth understanding and remembering this.

I made another small top up today. That give me nearly 250k shares on the both accounts....

Like said before: always happy to buy cheap shares, especially with this price which gives me extra + 4.75 % divi on 11th April.

I said it long time ago. I don't want to sell my ITV portfolio less than £1.50-2.00 depending if I find another cheap shares to buy (especially that I predict strong growth for ITV again in the next 2025 year). In my opinion I will get this price this year as we will see improvement in advertising business, interest rates cuts and growth in British economy after second half year (but I predict much more better than expected results on end of June, as same like a small interest rate cut before June 2024).
