*10p raising £130M
and don't forget $200M+ due in Q2 from the US government, so only a modest bridge is required and Mooky is not concerned about liquidity as of 2 weeks ago and things have got a helluva lot better since then.
If the SP was at £1.00, you could do a rights issue at say 75p and issue say 200M more shares there for raising £150M with minimal dilution. The issue is that with a SP of say 40p and applying the same logic with 30p rights issue on 200M shares you'd raise only £60M. Offering a bigger and bigger discount is self defeating as you have to issue a shed load more. Of course the option could be to offer a 2:1 so raising another 1.3B shares but that would have to be at a discount to the diluted price of 20p from 40p, so 1.3B shares at 10p raises £150M but hurts all share holders including Mooky, and current 80% held by institutions massively, therefore not viable. Sign the waivers and provide and extra £200-300M liquidity and have first dibs on 2021 profits to recoup and/or high interest rate.
How's your 24p short Boix?
Yeah, sorry you are right Moderna, but agreed Oxford due shortly too. Lenders will have a clear path to normality starting Q2 2021 onwards and we get the $200M from the US for COVID impact then plus a bucket load of movies in the pipeline. Still a tough ride but Mooky can pull this off with strong profitability 2022 onwards.
Key takeaways;
1) Trump giving Cuomo a kicking for not accepting vaccine in NYC
2) No lockdown under Trump
3) Results next week on Oxford vaccine, expectation of high efficacy
4) FDA approval within weeks for Pfizer
5) 20M vaccines in US deployed in Dec
6) Targetting >25M vaccinations per month in 2021
7) Exit 2020 with 3-4 treatments (vaccines/therapeutics) with emergency approval from FDA
Doctors of the Oxford Vaccine loading up lol
Only a buy as per the LSE algorithm due to closing price, but was a trade from earlier in the day so could be either buy or sell.
Nah, Boix has had to flog his couch to pay for his 24p short.
OMG...lol it's an Uncrossing Trade (UT) so MM's just balancing after a busy day.
Important line of support shows >50.6p at close, yes it's volatile but it's bounced off it twice as resistance & 3 times as support.
Almost predictable, spike, auction, drops back to 20 EMA then off again, this is going one way today and it isn't down! Closing shorts & FOMO will drive this hard again.
3M volume already and 55p paid.
It's moogie in DS9 and our CEO is Mooky... is your IQ so low that you can't comprehend this? And for the 8.4 billionth time, half of that is debt is loans that accumulate interest and subsequent payments, the other half is based on lease liabilities which require payments that are being deferred. I get that lumping it all together suits your narrative, but the interest payments are pretty modest on the loans per annum. I have a good sized mortgage on a 5-bed in the Cotswolds which could be construed as a decent sized debt, but in reality the payments are 20% of my income and I could pay my mortgage for 3 years with no income.
Also, how can you be predicting the markets tanking under Biden AND a rights issue, the current share-price won't sustain a rights issue, less so if the price drops. I think I took you off the filter accidentally, so back into your green coffin fool. Bye.
Nope, that was moogie, but I forgive your spelling given you are struggling to string a sentence together.
Who's moogi?
Unless you regard £26k as a big buy...not really, although £870k UT on 6.4M volume a little odd.
Yeah it may well drop again with Jangho loading up, but make a rights issue even more unlikely and shows Mooky was ahead of the curve in shutting a few weeks back. Furlough continued is another positive along with UK rental payments likely to be deferred further. Cine is mothballed & preserving cash (Mooky confirming we won't run out shortly and as many have said on here vaccine & covenant waivers news in Nov/Dec will tee-up the 2021 recovery.
... then the chat function goes down for a couple of hours, price dropped and now recovered. Call me an old cynic, but all PIs must understand the reason we are allowed to invest is to provide liquidity (or not) to the bigger players. Onwards and upwards and just turned Green as I type.

No idea why folk keep responding to Insincerity.
What are you smoking? @9:06am (the time of your post) the price was 29.3p, it's now just hit 30p.
