If CINE can secure liquidity in the deepest depths of COVID-19, pretty sure CINE can secure more as required before Dec and with COVID-19 on the way out (despite the BBC in full daily mail mode), Vaccine, Bond release etc. I'd expect the Covenants to be relaxed based on a strong line-up for 2020 and China back to pre-COVID cinema levels, landlords & debtors want CINE to succeed and in my book it will.

Agreed, initially it was potentially very serious, but given that the vunerable can only die once, the disease is now lost in the noise from a mortality perspective, but seems to merit a ridiculous amount of coverage.

The whole media is the issue, why do we not see Prostrate Cancer deaths as the headline on BBC News? Oh cos it's boring despite being higher than COVID-19 deaths per day. The BBC is in full blown sensationalist Daily Mail mode. COVID is on the way out from a mortality perspective... some folk need to get a grip of the facts.

Out of 564 cinemas, Regal currently have 201 closed, 56 of those are in California along with 48 in New York so once those reopen we are >80% open with Tenet showing every 15mins in some!

I don't want to sound like Investroid here, but what was said in the RNS wasn't new news, we knew opening is planned early July as per Government guidance, but good to see planning in place. With the Cineplex weight lifted, I'm bullish on this over the coming weeks.

Yes stranger things have happened but the weight of massive debt removed (whilst no current income) should outweigh a lawsuit with best case $0m, worst case $50m. Cineplex will be distressed so a low ball offer in the coming months more likely than Cineplex successfully getting $$$ out of Cineworld imo.
