And as for drilling... I’m still not satisfied with Covid being the reason. It was delayed for political reasons in my opinion.

The parliamentary questions, whilst keeping us in the spotlight have all been wishy washy. When they have mentioned Kallak, Baylan has (deliberately) omitted to mention Kallak or BEM in his response.

And yes, we are surely looking at 4-months since the initial referral to UNESCO. It’s unacceptable.

All very valid... The open-ended reply from UNESCO is a concern - As an independent body, they can’t be pressured. Likewise, they might make comment, having been invited to do so, in areas in which they have no authority in respect of mining applications. They don’t issue permits do they!

Just imagine when this all comes together EricDraven... Kallak and Finland... Not that excited by Kosovo personally. I expect Beowulf to be a very different proposition by the end of the year.

Were the spending plans outlined in the capital raise RNS?

Investors are clearly involved because of Kallak - But the company needed to diversify that much is clear. The whole process was quite transparent. The point of your argument is lost I’m afraid...

And to re-iterate, the RNS dated the 6th November in which the capital raise was made public, the spending plans were clearly outlined. I’m confused, as you seem to suggest that the cash was raised for one thing, and is then being spent on another. That is blatantly not true lbjj... Happy to engage, but stick to the facts.

The exact words from the interview to which you refer verbatim:
"With Kallak we've been inputting into the UNESCO review so, we made it clear in our letter to the Government in December that we don't believe that the Kallak project is a UNESCO matter, so really with the UNESCO review out of the way, we think we've jumped over the final hurdle, and we remain optimistic that we'll get the concession so we can move forward with Kallak this year"
You are being very disingenuous to say the least...

It was clearly outlined the purpose of the fundraise, and the projects to which the money would be allocated.

We need to get it out of the ground... but as the project progresses, it will surely be reflected in the SP? As painful as the fundraise was, I expect real progress this year as a consequence.

Perhaps KB needs to get the message out to Finnish and Kosovan investors... taking away some of the focus on a Kallak focused market?

And a positive RNS...

It keeps the pressure on Baylan and Kallak in focus, and if nothing else, let’s investors know that he is actively communicating with the government... even if it’s a one-way street

The first submission to UNESCO was on or before the 30th October 2020... Further submissions appear to have followed, but either way, it’s around 4-months. It’s wholly unacceptable - But then what part of this process has been?

We are simply second-guessing, as we have had to throughout this 'process' (A term which is quite frankly being very generous to the Swedish Government).

UNESCO is clearly the current step, and the only point of reference is the RNS dated the 30th October 2020 when we were informed that the matter had been referred to UNESCO. It should become very clear after that, and if it isn't positive, then we really should start shouting from the treetops for legal action.

UNESCO simply have no business making comment, but then it was the government that involved them.
