The next news could be inspirational-ho ho- - if not I believe that sales could be triggered - don't hold your breath for 0.45 anytime soon the way things are looking currently - and the prospect of a placing over the next 6 months or so is a concern re possible dilution of sp value. The board are letting us down quite badly here in my view having invested with good expectations given the number of strings to the Company's bow. OK my own fault and you cant win them all.
The lask of credible information from the Company is difficult to accept and the board are doing nothing to halt the sp slide as I see it.

I have concerns re the Angus proposed placing.
As has been said here on the Alba bb cash flow is paramount and without this soon and significant enough we could be looking at a placing for Alba.
This would be a disaster for the patient shareholders here who have seen the sp dip significantly with the market let alone the prospect of a potential further dilution caused by a placing due to lack of cash reserves and good strong cash flow. Hope no placing happens here!!
Perhaps 'my glass is half empty syndrome' applies to me here but I do have an uneasy feeling.

Totally agree - i was caught out in similar situations and now adopt the more cautious approach based on my own research and opinions. This Company has all the plus points in my view with litte obvious downside going forward, The relatively high sp compared to many on AIM could cause others to look elsewhere first of course.

Very well put guzzler. Yes a good looking set of fundamentals here and more...but over zealous rampers really do investors no favours by heightening expectations, often unfulfilled, and occasionally leading to losses for some. The maxim of doing ones own research is paramount. That said board banter on new developments is always helpful and frequently useful - for better or worse.

That said the rest of your post is fine - curiosity re a joint venture and its type is a great thought provoking idea for the bb to discuss.
Like you i believe a set of jvs given the diversity of ARCM is highly likely - and hopefully we will all make money over time with this investment. Not sure thst NvS will want another 12 months of the status quo and is clearly positioning the Company for the possibility of early developments be these jvs or sale. He just cannot reveal all to us at this stage so we must speculate,rationally rather than being too optimistic without more info. If we have faith in the Board we must trust they will do the job for us.

Well China - at least I got the bb activated again- rather quiet ot late! I do not try to undermine my own investment (perish the thought) but I do not repeat the same positive facts endlessly, ad nauseum etc - it becomes boring and hidden motives become a possibility when this is done. New facts provided by NvS - these are worth further discussion at that time not a redraft of well documented info.

Well Fulmar - at least I have got the bb active again today.
To be fair though I do not try to ram my views down everyone elses throats and certainly do not ever try to put anyone else down, or pick confrontations which no one can win in the end, but rather I try to look at alternative possibilities and views which may conflict with your own on ocasions. Clearly you do not appreciate this.
The fact is that we are all invested here and are looking to reap the rewards for our own research and decision to invest.
At the end of the day I suspect we will all sell when we judge the price right - even you - but I do not believe that I should constantly ramp to influence others to buy to achieve my sell target - thus I prefer a cautionary approach based on facts which I can read and digest myself- correctly or otherwise. I would not have bought in here if I was not enthusiastic of course.
Never indicated my intellect was huge - but at an AGM mine would be a small voice just like yours and nothing more - we would still be depending on the Directors to bring home the bacon for us - not the rampers.

Just wondering if the rampers have been paid by the mms of late to try to generate interest so the mms can deflate prices with their games to fleece the honest investors. Not an aquisation but a doubt??? They are certainly very quiet now??
