No voting rights RNS in September..is there any significance that there was no voting rights RNS in September? Every month we’ve had one on the 1st of month apart from this month

Shorts increased today…Is this some sort of joke, cannot be good if shorts are increasing just before results..Christ what have THG been hiding from us

The most interesting in this listed companies history…we’ve all been duped or the market has got it very wrong..hopefully the later

I just hope you are right..I’ve never been more sickened than a share performance than this one…it’s being traded like it’s going bust!

Unfortunately the last 3 months..

Tough one today..some retailers bouncing back yet we finish red…the scenarios:-

1) we’ve all been duped..the business is really struggling and he’s bitten off more than he can chew with the big acquisitions, cash burn is massive..yet no profit warning?

2) results are going to surprise a lot of people and we are going to bust back up to a reasonable level £1.20+

3) please be 2 as this is currently so painful!

Agree Heres..needs to show something to PI’s who have shown a lot of loyalty and who have invested, and are currently loosing a shed load of money..if he wants to take it back private with his old chums than so be it, but do it at a reasonable price…you can’t 2-3 months ago reject a ‘bid’ saying it significantly undervalues the company to then go and steal it from the shareholders for a much lower price yourself..

And now the shorts are increasing..plop

My god this is sickening

I looked at 8.21am and it was nearly blue…never mind! This share only knows one colour at the minute unfortunately..the bounce required to make LTH’s happy is too far out of sight…this is now a 3-5 year play to get anywhere near where we were..if the feelings of LTH share holders could be reflected in an emoji it would be the piles of the plop plop one..and lots of them..plop plop plop

This has preformed worse than REVb look at the prices..then look at the acquisitions of THG over the last few years, and the ‘cash’ it has..it’s absurd..unless we don’t know something…which brings into question the integrity of MM and LA..the SP is a shambles and needs some TLC to provide LTH and believers in this company some rest-bite..pull your fingers out MM & LA

Is the question I find myself asking a lot with this share..have to keep in mind the recent buys from LA and MM..if it turns out that there has been something going on behind the scenes which makes the SP tank even further on results day then the integrity of both men have to be questioned and a serious investigation has to be done…for there to be bids speculated to be £1.70 and the owner to say these significantly under value the business and a couple of months later we down at f’ing £0.55…scandalous. If my patience is not rewarded on the 15th Sept I’m getting out of this corrupt game for ever..

BR have reduced but new short opened yesterday at pretty much the same vale BR reduced over last few weeks..never been more disappointed in a share than this one..it’s being rinsed by everyone..I thought lord Allen was supposed to help with relationships in the city..absolute joke..share price a further 35% down sine he joined…long PI’s are being battered here and complete silence from the company..shambles

When is the closed period guys?

Sold half @ 28.30, market reaction won’t be good to the results..back in 6 months..press already saying ‘profits slump’..might test 25p again fairly quickly..

Rather disappointing day to say the least..just remember the facts..chairman just bought £1m of shares, offer of £1.70 dismissed..we have either been massively duped or patience is required..I believe the latter, however I’m really disappointed with the price action here. The board need to start to give some firm guidance.

It’s the market doing what it does best..if MM rejects a bid of £1.70 and it drops below £1.40..going to be a lot of unhappy people including employees..I’m not saying go all in or the 20% is going to come tomorrow..but it will come..(and more)..Genuinely if this is not £1.70+ by end of august I will never invest again
