It’s just torture seeing the SP decline..seems like every week a new low. Something has to give there is too much of a conflict of interest going on in the company..the liar is leasing properties to the company at inflated rates who the hell is going to pull him on it? Don’t say ‘we’ve known that since IPO’ the world has changed since then so at the very least should be renegotiated down..who is protecting the shareholders? The simple facts are..no one trusts him in the city, lord soft *******s has done nothing since he’s come in to change city view or sort governance..so what’s the point in paying his wages? He’s buying shares and they are dropping 50%..the lie about giving up. the golden share is the biggest reason why we are sat here..which II is going to invest and try and make some money from carving it up when they know the liar will just say no FOR HIS OWN INTERESTS AND NOT THE SHAREHOLDERS..

It’s terrible..lowest SP ever and shorts still adding. They know there is no II’s adding any volume so they can play it like a flute until next September when the liars golden share expires..by then he would have took it private for a couple of pennies and say ‘come with me’ to PII’s. He’s diluting our shares and literally giving our money away..

If there was ever a company I wish I had never heard of…it would have been this rubbish..Christ. It’s going to get taken private for a really small amount and PI’s are going to be able to go private with them..bit like what happened to the AA. Absolute shambles of a company / share.

Positive end to week..thankfully. Trade today at 4.30pm for a very similar amount as LA bought 21st 1,255,000..more buys maybe…not a ripple in the media about MM buying another 4m shares.

2phevs..if there was something going on in the background, which is what I would have hoped as no director buys, would this preclude them from issuing another £19m of shares as per the last RNS?

Which is amazing as the the THG board is stuffed full of accountants so you’d think they would get some basic economic principles..

Good news on the Iceland deal..would have thought RNS would have communicated, only one news outlet appears to be reporting it. Surprised the FT haven’t done a negative spin on it..still time I suppose..still no RNS this month on shares in issue, could anyone shed any light on why, only this month, nothing issued on number of shares..

More good news shorts have increased again..

Basically FT challenging the 2 year ‘war room’ that MM referred to..claiming the media was out to get the company. Basically says there’s a whats app group that share things. Also makes a point where MM says something like..’we’ll ignore the media and KEEP delivering to number’ at the same time as issuing a profit warning and shows a graph of one the brokers forecasts and how it’s gone from like 700p to 45p…laughing at him basically. Laughing stock.

No bid will come in the short term..sleeves rolled up and graft time..think this is when MM is at his best hopefully he’s still got the heart for the ‘fight’

What the F are you on about as a shareholder..he gives rent away? It should be the F’ing companies money..he’s already giving our cash away by not increasing prices and just paying for the difference in our cash..what planet are you on..o he gives shareholders rent to charity and he basically pays for people to buy products..unfortunately I don’t have my own yacht so think this money should be going to the the company FFS

HH…I’m told the contracts were in the name of the THG but were changed very last minute just before IPO..so are THG incurring a returb/fit out cost on these or not? If they are in the name of ‘A’ another surely they incur the cost..you seem very rattled about someone asking some basic questions about the property setup and who’s paying what..what are all these costs in the TU..

I’m too far under water to get out..I’m negative because the results were so poor and we never got a profit warning..the director departures were sudden…they were announced on the day of the update..look at my history I was very positive..I’m peeved off. The info I have provided is correct..we need action on MM if he’s ripping off shareholders..
