Mrgratis, I don't know when you started investing in AVO but in Sep 15 we were told that the first patiens were going to be treated in Harley street about now! Earlier this year we were told beginning 2020 , a three years shift in the space of 18 months! So I can only blame management not investors that have been VERY patient or too naive!

total loss of investors confidence obviously, going by the market reaction. And who can blame us? We need a near miracle for us to reap any financial reward.

I assume it will make no difference to this depressing spiral, but just a bit of info regards Harley street. Just passed by and a lot of work going on, the majority of the excavation work is going on at the back, in Devonshire message, it looks a very large site. Hope is always the last to die!

Very disheartened, if you are not in AVO, you must be very brave, if you are in it like me, you must be certifiable to buy some more. Unfortunately at this stage I have no much better choice than staying put. Great amounts of patience and luck needed by all !

Apparently the MM sometime they manipulate the spread/price to trigger selling/buying orders, it could have something to do with your experience.

Yes Piltick, I suppose it's about both. I never took notice of TW because he is too extreme, if he would be more "normal" I may take more notice . Having burnt my fingers on AVO, I have now decided to do it again on Seeing machines, A more advanced company, I wonder what he has to say about it? I do not subscribe to his site. We never learn, do we?

RorR I was hoping that when the machine is ready and able to cure superficial tumors in Q3, if no further delays, that would be a big step forward as it will prove the machine works and is ready to progress to more complex treatments. At that point could trigger a gradual increase of the share price, in advance of completing Harley Street. On the other hand, I could be completely wrong! It's basically a risky bet, as most aim companies. Jam tomorrow!

If we believe in it we seat and wait patiently for about a year, if not we get out ASAP. I am staying because I have already lost over 80% so have decided to risk the rest, in case there are sudden good news . Unfortunately some people have bought at the wrong time, like me!

Being realistic, I admit the directors have been somewhat too optimistic on the development/ finance/timing side, but we talking about international respected scientists and doctors, not a bunch of con artists. Do you really believe they are all in agreement to voluntarily be conning all investors? We all know the risks involved in developing such a complex business, I believe that they genuinely underestimate everything and it's only question of time for the rewards. I am invested and I am running a large loss but I am prepared to wait as I believe IMHO that the share price AT SOME POINT will rise suddenly. (LET'S DREAM A BIT!)

Pleased to see some upward movement, not so bad after all, indeed! A few directors have been buying reasonable amounts, would they really all be buying as a smoke screen?

According to the burn rate and the various financing in place, your theory makes sense about 80% as usual, don't count your chickens....... .but thanks for that, I tend to agree along those lines, (we hope!).

According to the M.D. at the G.M. the average spend is approx. £700.000 per month.

Well done DD , I think you have pushed up the s.p. all on your own! About time too, it may be a while but real returns will be very rewarding.

Thank you for your honest explanation, my statement was made following the information I learned from the chairman at the GM and on the written info provided at the investors presentation. (If we are to believe them!) Hope one day you will be back investing in Avo and we can all be happy.......And better off!

I maybe naive, but why be so negative if you are an Avo investor? If you are not why post on this site?

I am not an expert but I hope that any expert would see a promising advantage, if by q3 2018 the machine can match a much, much bigger and expensive equipment with an enormous decommissioning cost. And hope also that Avo has some decent sales people. Without being too optimistic, share price usually rises well in advance of any potential sales. We also have to be realistic and realise that this new venture must be as complex as rocket science and brain surgery put together and expect delays and funding problems.
