From the 28th Dec.2017 RNS: The Company continues to make significant advancements in the technology development and manufacture of its first LIGHT system following the successful integration and testing of the first�Side Coupled Drift Tube Linac ("SCDTL") with the�Radiofrequency Quadrupole ("RFQ") and proton source. Lower power testing of the individual accelerating SCDTL units have met expectations and results provide confidence that the units are now capable of accelerating a proton beam to 25MeV through the SCDTL. With much of the technological development now de-risked, the Company�is on target to have a system capable of treating superficial tumours by the end of Q3 2018. �

I have always thought that Josephcrunk prediction were a waste of time, but I have now come to the conclusion that his predictions are very useful.......if you bet on the opposite happening, you cannot go wrong!!!

Itsaduster, the excavation and building work in Harley Street as started months ago and it's still going on. It's a major construction project so it will be still going on for a while, as predicted.

I would have thought that before making such an announcement, the management's have already agreed the terms and figures in principle. The next stage will be up to the lawyers to agree the legal details and we all know how long (or maybe not) they take, just to excuse their large fees. So good luck to us all! Anybody on this b.b. that will be able to interpret the figures when announced? And how would effect the s.p.?

It's from the newspaper so I have no link, but if any help it talks about the s.p. movement on Friday and the reason being the New contract win and the CEO comments on the contract, similar to the RNS.

Wallace4, Thales is ready to produce 4 units a year with the flexibility to increase production to 8 per annum. Also, perhaps unnoticed, within the Yantai CIPU agreement it mentioned that Yantai will explore the possibility of manufacturing some parts locally, which is very interesting because it would increase the speed of manufacturing, without the risk of a well known habit of Chinese tendencies to copy.

I assume some profit taking after the raise and still awaiting approval from Chinese government and shareholders.

For the sake of clarification, the reason for the s.p. drop from over 150 was due to a shift in the planned delivery, early this year and therefore additional finance needed. Since the new delivery announcement was made there has been no further shift (confirmed in the interview) plus a good financing deal has been agreed to ensure the progress completion.
