Read the last line plus R and D tax credit received. Most of the cash burn is for R and D and that can be controlled. Suzy indicated that is what they will do.

Also in the RNS a very large number of contracts at late stage bringing very significant revenue relative to burn rate.

The point is lots of news to come first.

RNS indicates no placing soon they will manage funds in the most cost efficient manner.

Also indicates late stage lab deals. Given all the collaborations it will be a substantial amount and by then it should generate further cash.

Gut feeling they are waiting for 201 as they expect it as well. Great risk to reward at 6p with all the news to come.

Not suggesting it will not happen in the coming months just that the base will likely be considerably higher and hopefully after big news and several other news in Sept with 201 expected soon according to BOD and with that we could be 30p plus. Don’t forget the last one was at 11p in a poor market with zero discount.

If CLX can attract payments of 20 million plus huge milestones at this point which has been suggested by some then I would suggest we could be a very likely takeover target at these prices. 201 comes we will move big because if we don't then another company can take us and get that as well and a potential 65 million plus royalties if 201 gets to market. DYOR for what it is worth a decent buy here.

You have proven nothing with your made up calculations. Go based on facts in the broker reports. You spent the entire year last year promising July that has come and gone.

The market cap is much higher than the burn rate and numerous AIM companies the other way around. Everyone knows we should be multiples already so I would suggest zero discount at these prices but expecting lots of news first including 201.

For what it is worth buying more is a good option for many here. If it comes off then you could 10 bag if not we still be around these prices or more.

They would all have to go if they did at this price without some decent news to bring some confidence back. Therefore unlikely. The least they could have done was invite Adam on the BOD that never happened so they must be confident of success.

They are confident of 201 this year. Guess that is why it never happened. We could open at 30p when news comes.

Anyway at this price it doesn't take much so expect a busy September. Cash until the middle of 2024 so plenty of time for the big news. Reward is far greater than risk here imo.

Quarterly update is September, plus presentation, plus official lab opening and hopefully lots of news around that. Normally September is the month here for a decent upward movement which should be easy given where we are.

I agree but I would argue it is because people don't understand and I just explained it below. I think PYC given the market cap will get lots of work and contract as a result of Valirx also getting numerous contracts which are all to come shortly. Valirx has good contacts and links which will benefit both. Look at Adam, Imagen founder who has access to all his clients and others such as head of business development also has links. Therefore I am confident both companies will benefit with significant contracts in the next 3/6 months.

As far as I know Valirx will provide the full pre-clinical testing which I assume will cost clients 6/7 figures over a few years for each compound. What they did is smart they are using all the other companies with the unique technologies to provide a unique service that lowers the risk for compounds being tested and making them more valuable. That is turn means more revenue for companies like PYC and likely Aptamer etc but with VAL taking the largest portion of it as they are providing the full service in the lab.

I think PYC is a good investment and I hold both. My view though is VAL is more valuable for the simple reason they have compounds that they own which they test and could lead to a huge pre-clinical deal with say 50/100 million upfront payment. CLX being the prime example which could attract a very large deal and new compounds are coming through soon. Companies like PYC, APT maybe good but they don't own drugs which is really where the real value comes. Note Valirx don't do clinical trials so therefore unlike more other companies they don't have the costs associated with it.

Therefore PYC may go up based purely on revenue but Val will do that as well with larger revenue but also the compounds have the potential to 10/100 bag from this market cap if a deal comes through at Valirx.

That was mainly managed by the old management and with patents quite old now it is a problem to get a big deal for the legacy compounds. They may do something with 301 and we can only hope for 201.

The future here is the next novel compound that they are developing and more to come. The lab and various collaborations with Valirx will help achieve the best results and quickly in the most cost effective manner. CLX is a big one to watch and can strike a deal at an early stage as it is very novel.

Also worth mentioning a new team. Cathy now manages new evaluations with the help of others like Adam. The past was effectively a different company.

Yes through PYC so whatever they have VAL has access where both parties benefit. In addition VAL offers the full pre clinical service through Inophea and the agreement today to go with the lab and access to the various technologies. Not just a tiny part of it therefore hopefully giving some very significant revenue in the coming weeks/months.

Ultimately the drug development side is what will substantially increase the value here.

Well next time you decide to cross ramp please also mention Valirx will get at least 100 million for 201 if you think PYC will get 6 million.

It was facts not incorrect information.. PYC is ok but when it likely runs out of cash in about 9 months it may struggle to raise at such a low market cap. Valirx burn is not much relative to mc which should increase soon.

Lol yeah they get 6% capped at 100 million so 6 million. That means Val gets 100 million for 201 if PYC gets 6 million as it is 6%.

They don't have drugs. Costs 10s/100 s millions to develop drugs. A deal could make this a 100 million plus company wheras PYC would still be sitting at 1 million.

Also cash burn is high at PYC relative to market cap. Not as much upside compared to Valirx.

I repeat it is about what they can offer. The RNS itself is not revenue but it is what it will help with. As I said expecting lots of big news in the next 6 weeks and move to 15/20 p likely. No doubt the launch of the lab in September will be greeted with big news.

Individually the company may not be big but if they have skills and can offer something that will help drug development then it is a decent selling point.

It is the package that matters including the partnership with PYC. Formulations and optimisation are big parts to pre- clinical testing and you need to get it right so collectively VAL now has lots to offer clients. Not just some lab.

All the access to all these resources will land huge contracts soon with large clients paying significant revenue. So much to offer any potential client. I can see how this will now generate many millions in revenue in the coming months and few years.

Add the drug development side and I really think in the next 12-24 months VAL will be more than £1. New evaluations will generate interest and CLX will progress and is a very novel compound so can get 10s million upfront payment alone and much more in milestone payments.
