It's not a secret. They have been meeting the pharmaceuticals for many months and they have actually said that. Lots of discussions and a deal should be very close now at this mega low market cap.

Rumour times 40 for each meeting. No doubt AZ are also interested as well.

I think you missed a crucial point. The work being done by Physiomics and that has been supplied to potential partners on a regular basis which is the reason why it has taken months. They also needed to determine upper dosage for 201 which Physiomics are doing or have done already.

Val will have a certain value for 201 and would probably want a decent upfront payment. Does not mean they have not had numerous offers already for 201. Also Physiomics are also working on VAL 401 which will add great value.

I think all three will get partnered and a possible takeover bid although I doubt the board would want that.

If you can give us a reason to doubt. The board are not in doubt.

We should move up significantly towards the end of the day leading into Monday. Definitely would not want to be out over the weekend.

1p or 2p difference makes no difference to me as the market cap remains at roughly the same level. Once news drops then we will see where this heads.

People are understand that out market cap is a joke and are starting to realise what lies ahead of anticipated partnership.

I agree we need news. We all have targets in mind. Point is the higher the share price the faster we will rise to our targets after news therefore the higher the value for VAl and for all shareholders. Also it allows some long term holders to sell earlier rather than everyone trying to sell at the same time and allows new investors to come in so for me a rise is a positive.

Well it happened with the likes of SAR and Synairgen. How else is the price going to go up? This is what I mean some people are negative here but I invest because of the products and the board and I believe despite the negativity we will come good.

You have to take it how it comes and ride it out and somehow we will all get to where we want. Besides plenty of news to come soon and I hope the big news will drop Monday morning. If not we are getting very close every week.

It's the value of the assets that matter here. How many on AIM make 100s millions in revenue or profit? Does the likes of Synairgen make 100s millions in revenue per year or even others such as SAR? It's the same with almost every single listing.

The value of assets we have is what matters. We have 2 phase 2 proven drugs and a very promising drug for 301. Potentially worth 100s millions if they get to market. Our market cap is probably the lowest even though most of the others generate nothing yet.

I agree. Lots of negatively on this board. We are way below where we should be at the moment. It goes up 5-10% people think it's a pump.

It's a nothing rise. get to 40-50p then you can call it a pump even then I would say it is fair value before a partner.

Current market cap very low, only 14 million. Partnership for 201 should be very soon and will be transformational. Buy low and sell high. I am very happy to be in and will stay long term as the future is bright. Hoping for a nice rise tomorrow leading into Monday.

fast rise to £1 in my opinion. Big gap up on open then fast rise then a drop a few days later at some point. All depends on deal though.
