PS. Credit to Ivy for spotting that they’re just standard risks and the ultimate credit to FM for an excellent post that summed up the current development risks. I completely agree with his post, the only concern for some people is a lack of patience and insane levels of paranoia. He laid out the risks, but the rewards are clear, it won’t be long before this board is a full blown love in and the price is sitting multiples above the current price. For the happy clappers, my thinking has always been a fiver on confirmation that the test is ‘the best’ and a tenner once the true scale of orders and sales is known. Beyond that, who knows, it’ll depend on the longer term successes / takeover bids, right the way up to JRs £50. But don’t let my consistent, but tempered, positivity get in the way of a good story. RK, you started a thread entitled True Colours. You’ve said nothing to counter the risks so I can only assume you agree with them. I wasn’t actually expecting thae risk thread to contain any value as it was purely to make a point, However, FMs post is excellent. Would you disagree with his post?

Indeed, thank you for your acknowledgment. Regarding animal health, the risk is of a second wave and further lockdown measures. During the lockdown, in the same way as with humans, the focus was on emergencies. This resulted in allergy or therapy testing being put on hold given the limitations on travel.

Not a Ferrari fan boy, I just enjoy watching. I’d like to see Hamilton smash every record for him individually, but it’s not great for the sport. Looks like Mercedes are absolutely streets ahead so this stunted season looks like it’ll be a cake walk. Not looking great for Vettel, he’s well and truly on the slide, I’d love to see verstappen in a car that could challenge Lewis, it’d make for some great races. Great result for Lando today.

I’ve ignored all risk related to the current developments, whilst acknowledging that there’s a chance we don’t get the results we want, I’ve already stated that I understand that risk, I believe in Klaus’ capability and the rewards hugely outweigh it. As you’ve said, plenty good news is incoming, but I’m just trying to give the people what they want. Still waiting for feedback from the accusers... and an apology obviously.

I’ve just seen another separate thread by RK with a hilarious title, brilliant stuff. He’s willing to discuss any of this (not that I’d read it). More personality based nonsense rather than discussing the perfectly valid risks of the company he’s apparently heavily invested in.

Here we go then, as requested... it seems that everyone wants a happy clappy place where this dreaded r word is never mentioned. As a discussion of risks puts me in the sinister evil double crossing agent camp (despite owning a substantial number of shares from 70p upwards), I thought I’d just accept my fate, don my cape and list some for discussion... mwahahahahahaaaa! This will be fun :-)

1. Covid. Covid has delayed other activities for the company, forcing them to socially distance which is disruptive and introduces delay. A second wave would result in further delays to trials and also further slow down revenues from the animal health business.

2. Funding. Should the company decide to further accelerate other activities, further funding would need to be raised.

3. Reliance on third parties. Awacta heavily relies on third parties. If they underperform Awacta will operations suffer.

4. Research and development. They might not be able to produce the results.

5. Timing. The development of affimer tech might take too long for customers. With it being new it’ll take longer than using antibodies

6. IP. They might fail to adequately protect their IP and defending patents would cost a lot of money.

7. Brexit. This could impact supplies, exports, further risks to patents and trademarks, they might lose staff...

8. Key staff. If they lost any key members of staff that could disrupt operations and plans.

9. Cyber security. Reliant on more third parties

10. Facilities. Who knows, arson, a lightning strike, flood
