He spoke of tech transfers so that the capacity is in place and the taps can be turned on when needed, not necessarily producing at max capacity immediately. This could be due to waiting for HUA or it could be that they need to be fully confident of their max capacity before finally using up some of that ink well that's still full to the brim to finally ink some large deals.

It depends on your definition of material sales - assuming £1 profit a test they're doing ok at the moment. £1m a month profit is a decent start and certainly material when compared to £0. Increasing this to £3-5m a month raises the company to healthy profitable levels. Transformative and certainly material. With HUA and further increases, they've a good chance of building up a war chest to bring other diagnostics to market and continue progressing on the therapeutics side.

At the minute, the LFD is pretty much written off by the market, there's no hype relating to it so having a moan is a bit pointless, but if you feel better than that's something. Yes, it's realistic to say that we are where we are, but hey ho, hindsight is wonderful. Good luck to you too.

It confirms that the test is 100/100 at ct 28 from an independent all comers study conducted in the same way as it would in the real world. There is no debate at all that affidx is world class and given the ease of use it should flourish once HUA is granted

The product sheet contains the full breakdown and as you’ve said a ct of 28 is exceptional given the use case is finding those with infectious loads

Medusa have always been able to sell other products, they’ve been trying to sell those useless antibody tests for months. I don’t see why that causes any uproar at all. I’m all for calling out the baby beta when he’s spouting the usual lies and nonsense, but that one is true. They’re an independent company that have exclusive B2B distribution rights for a saliva test - bit awkward given we don’t have one, but given their involvement with HUA I’m sure it still stands for one of the best, if not the best test in the world (tm)

I agree with Vegas in his first reply. It’s as simple as that. I don’t understand how anyone can suggest it’s all just a laugh, otherwise it wouldn’t be accompanied by a torrent of abuse for anyone that dares to challenge his ‘collaboration’. After all, it’s all based on sources.

When I joined this board I found a collection of sycophants adoring this great expert. I asked a simple question that he couldn’t answer and it took several days of arguments for him to finally admit he didn’t know. That was followed by a concerted attack on me for an entire weekend, he’s no angel. It’s all about his fragile ego. His attitude and vile behaviour both on here and on Twitter will be experienced by all except those that fall at his feet. I’ve barely seen a useful contribution, a more typical post is the type that he’s added to this thread. Wild, aggressive and paranoid. All a bit weird. If he lost the attitude, learnt how to communicate properly and didn’t make baseless predictions perhaps he could contribute. Sadly, I can’t see that happening. As Vegas has pointed out, his reputation as an oracle is now thoroughly shot, all that’s left is his personality, charming as it is.
