Tbh, I really can’t see the co value dropping from 8m… my ave is now 7.2p and feeling totally relaxed.

@alan55, it’s always jam tomorrow until the time its jam today.,, that’s the baseline opportunity on aim isn’t it? If you don’t like looking for jam, there’s always the blue chip route to investing… pays yer money and takes yer choice, bud.

Guessing the letter would include an outline of the size of the claim… north of 4 figure millions?

Happy to wait, although I must confess I can’t wait to see the figure PAT will be claiming..

Think everyone is pausing for the agm? Maybe there will be news of the arbitration amount?

That’s a pretty positive document, and gives me a bit of confidence.

The 8m valuation of this company beggars belief…. I first bought in at a 22.3p punt in November 21. How this is now worth a quarter of that is bonkers. (26 top ups and 200k shares later, and I have averaged down to 7.3p since!)

Next two quarters look like we should see some decent excitement here, and I don’t think I’m going to be unhappy in the medium to long term…. Got a cash call in late feb so hoping it happens before then!

Unless I’ve missed something…..

Just watched that interview… looks like the award mark is going for is minimum 6.7moz, but he says that the resource is 10-20moz which sounds to me like is going to be the basis of the claim.

That’s a whopper.

@deck Basically they suggest that PAT will go for 500km to 1bn minus expenses and fee to ACF. ($3.2 to $6.5 per share minus expenses). even if you suggest a 50% fee, thats $1.6-$3.2 per share. Seems alright to me.

But then they show a table of value of other gold miners, their resource, and their market cap, and that value proposal is near the very bottom of other miners worth per oz.

Take whatever inference you want from this but it suggests a bullish mood in the camp that they're currently cheekily underestimating what will be announced in Q1 24.

@johnlewis79 this total catch22 if they sell it. It’s in their interests to sell for as much as they can get, but it reveals in its entirety the value of it on the global market which is what we will be asking to be compensated…. Go ahead Jaipur!

Pretty comprehensive RNS with defined timescales for the delivery of notice to GOI.

Rightly or wrongly, I consider it written with an undertone of confidence and dropping hints, whilst remaining within the scope of the RNS rules. I.e. phraseology like “ This quantum may differ from that reported by third parties, including but not limited to, the Times of India.”.

It’s sort of passive aggressive….
