Once Again the Majority of Social Media has been predominately filled with complaints of late cancellations, no reply to emails and promise never to fly with Fastjet Again. WE MUST DO BETTER ! We must make sure the second E190 FJI, flys on schedule from day one bookings with no late changes or cancellations.
Every Time this happens (probably around 6 times), we apologise but do not compensate for lost time, lost bookings of other parts of the trip and disappointment. We will not get many more chances with some people and need to improve.
