An interesting play on Tantalum and potentially Lithium in infancy stages of an exploration company with a low market cap, good jusridiction and a CEO that has delivered previously and has worked in region for years. Have taken a position on this one as the MRE in the next 6-8 weeks will be telling and then it is about getting the story out into the investment community.

Been watching AFC from afar for sometime and is on my watch list alongside 40 off other stocks that i dont own but keep a close eye on eg the RNS releases. The announcement today was a very positive announcement that one of the big boys Komatsu and not Caterpillar /Volvo are looking at the usage of the ammonia to hydrogen cracking technology for powering "big yellow toys".

I now await the trials of AFC technology and would suggest we will have news on how they go quite soon with the "big yellow toys". The path to commercialisation took a big positive turn with this announcement but it is still some way off for this company to be a commercial entity in its own right in my opinion.

What i am seeing in the large infrastructure projects in the UK currently is a strong demand for carbon neutral solutions for big equipment. The electric fleets are not great and have limited working capacity daily so IF the Komatsu testing works on the fleet they use with limited down time unlike electric fleets currently then there certainly could be a big take up in the near future and it will happen very quickly. For me it is a watch this space as the first sign of success on the ammonia cracking for large scale equipment and the mining industry globally and large scale construction takeup will be enormous but would suggest AFC would be taken out very quickly by a large player.

Loudspeaker great post and you touched on the one thing that bothers me alot about Douta and that is the AISC in Africa. It is extremely high when 20 miles away the Sabodala Massawa mine of Endeavour is at $1250 AISC. Have really struggled with this point and one that i would like to ask the company but not sure who to direct it too and whether i would get an answer.

For me the satellite deposits to Seligola that are all within trucking distance and where i am looking forward to see the drilling results this year.

Simms we know how leaky MTL is and any news that a "near production license" will hit this SP well before the RNS as that will be big news as it de-risks and guarantees that Runo prodcution facilities can be re-used in the short term.

The madness of the current pricing of goldies and companies like SLP is that the base metals are still high and allow for significant profit margins and PEs that will make current today prices reverse upon q1 earnings in april this year to the upside. The biq question as an investor do you have the kahunas to keep investing with the madness of the past 2 weeks in the markets.

Shotgun i agree as it was risen to 14p several times and then retraced back to sub 10p.

Definitely insider knowledge on this one before the RNS but still think it has legs and someway to go as Tungsten is really a media favourite at the moment.

What am i missing the offer is £13.60 and the current SP is £12.60 and it is has been agreed by Beazley board - easy £1 or 7-8% gain in 3-4 months.

INVESTEVERYTHING - yes in about 22 shares across pension, ISA and fund accounts with larger positions in GGP, SEPL, reduced on MTL after poor RNS in my opinion, Thor exploration reduced as Douta PFS did not inspire, GMS and waiting for the maiden dividend announcement and then quite a few others that i hold positions in and been fortunate over the past 13 months but fortunes change especially in this volatile environment so selling down a little more than i normally do on spikes in price.

INVESeverything - i held sometime ago in Tungsten west and then sold out BUT i had on watch list and when it started to move above 14p and actually stayed there rather than being dumped i bought back in and still currently hold and the RNS on monday this week was a cracker but must have been known by the players that pushed the price up to low 20s when released.
