Anyone know when is the next cash distribution due to shareholders and how much? Do all the assets have to be sold? If so, is there a date, this needs to be dissolved by? Or could a new company be formed/come in to buyout reminder of assets in exchange for shares in new company to existing shareholders!

Hmmm... not sure about the subject line. But on the import export, Is too much scaremongering going on! Some figures...In 2017, UK exports to the EU were £274 billion (44% of all UK exports). UK imports from the EU were £341 billion I think we import far more than we export, só simples, they don’t buy ours, we don’t buy there’s and get UK farmers to supply the hole of the Uk... should leave us with some spare change to get the rest of products from non EU! Last time i looked on my local supermarket for some wine, I’ve found plenty of Spanish, Portuguese, French, Italian... I have visited all of the above, not found the equivalent of British produce on their supermarkets, apart from whiskey and some beer not sure what we import... same for cars... don’t seem to see many British cars in Europe, let’s compare it just to a few cars, on British roads... Renault, Citroen, Peugeot, Audi, BMW, Ford-Werke, Mercedes-Benz, Opel, Porsche, Volkswagen. List goes on, holidays the same, I think more British people Holliday in Europe then the other way... Europe is on its knees...Italy, Portugal, Spain, Poland, Greece... totally bankrupt, high unemployment, low wages high cost of goods...only afloat due to France and Germany loans, which they can’t even repay the interest, let alone the capital, keep getting extensions on their loan repayment dates in exchange for votes in favour of what Germany need to pass in Parliament ...

Bumped into an old chap in the pub, which believes it would not be in the UK best interests to declare such a finding at the moment... went on about how much oil does the Uk import on an annual basis and energy from Europe. His conspiracy theory, that if we turned arround tomorrow and told Europe that we no longer need to get their energy for the next decade or two as we have found our own supply, of oil and gas, that this would not help the Brexit deal, as such the government was making sure this was moving at snail pace. To me he had one too many, as this just seems too far fetched! Happy Friday, feel you boots... not sure if beer or shares as price is down again....

Its not funny, but after several warnings of caution, some individual which will remain unnamed, which attack anyone expressing their concerns... do deserve it.
like I said, this is a company, operation on a unstable corrupt jurisdiction that change their minds around every corner with very little or no cash to develop the assets they may have found.. and the word is MAY HAVE FOUND!!!
until any production, is just a cash burning machine, I’ve been there and got the scars to prove it, after several years trying to average down, had to call it a day and bail out at 50k loss.
This is not advice, just my opinion after 8 years of holding this stock in hope of some change…. Be very careful, happy investing…

We must be due some updates... We just need some news on the wells and confirmation of flow rates for Portland and Kimmeridge, then we should see this move, until news are out. It’s going to be fun and games! So far not a good start of the year all I can account for is losses. That is what we are talking about! Yes they run out of cash to operate, probably after their financial position was disclosed to possible buyers which may or may not have leaked information that ended up contributing to the freezing of available credit! Also don’t tell me that Flybe didn’t own any aircrafts or slots which they had, must be worth something, have all of these been acquired at fair value? All this needs to be properly investigated as I can’t believe there hasn’t been underhanded tactics. Why would the have rejected the 40p offer!

I sold at great loss, when this dropped from 25p, all the way to nothing after that ridiculous 1p offer! happy to put my name forward to any litigation, Would be great if they took into account my initial holding prior to the 1p offer, unfortunately right now only hold small amount after bailing out, still counting my losses! Much prefer to see this completely gone then shareholders being screw.d so that fat cats can cream assets for nothing! All runways slots and other assets, currently already snapped up on the cheap, in case of liquidation should be investigated and if sold to companies involved in this scandalous offer, should be brought back to be sold at auction It is criminal the dealings that are and have gone on! So much for FSA and regulators... no wonder there’s no trust on the markets

I was also sucked in, looking to average down when the price dropped and the board refused the 40p offer, which led me to believe a better offer would be made and I would recover some of my losses, instead i was just throwing more money on the belly of this consortium!!! Collusion indeed... if not fraud!

You deserve a round of applause 👏 👏 . Right on the money, most of Europe are all at it as well, Including the Uk, they all need to attract investment from the wealthy for tax concessions. But they always pick on the small jurisdictions, let’s have a watchdog on London for tax efficiencies and see how the Uk economy benefited from tax breaks to companies and wealthy individuals over the last 15/20 years!!!!!!
