16P would do me, no profit, no loss, as i had averaged down from 46p to 16p....
but don't have another penny, to try and average down further, neither would be prudent to do so, as could possible increase my losses!
unfortunately if this does end up going for the penny offer, then its game over for me

Well I remember seeing an interview with Sir B on his Island. Were he stared for him was not about the money, as he had more money then he will ever need, but about doing the right thing building is business with integrity and morals .. which came across very well. Well Sir B, this is a turnout for the books and none of the above, surely this is not the legacy that Sir B envisaged! Why would Verging tarnish their reputation because of some loose change! They should do the right thing and either pullout or make the correct offer. The moral thing would be to make an offer at least equal to the trading price before that one penny offer to all listed holding share holders at the time! Come on Sir Richard Branson! Show us if the man matches the title!

You would need to risk the money you took out! Buy same amount of shares you had, if a new revised offer is made, let’s say equal to price before the ridiculous 1p offer. You may be able to recover some of your money... or loose the rest

Well if a previous company was offering 40p They must have looked at all the finances before the offer, if nothing has changed and we have three companies in cahoots, what is stopping them from offering the same or slightly less, which would satisfy everyone... job done Would be interesting to know if the buyers had a hand In credit drying up for Flybe !

Thank you Woodstock1970 for your reply. If people continue to purchase in an attempt to average down, including Mr T... What price do you think we can get to? If the market get short on shares, this could spike! Gutted, I had no funds or time to get in at 1.9p if indeed, anyone was able to by at that price, they would have doubled by know, hopefully offsetting some of their losses, but some have commented they could not trade, at those prices, was more like 3p by the time they managed to get a buy quote. I wonder if the 1p fear went away, What this would do! Perhaps is what Mr T is gambling on!

I’ll would consider accepting Stobard offer if they Cough up at least one of their shares for every two of my Flybe...that would go some way to help me recover some of my losses. There’s an idea... Not just waking in and rob shareholders blindly. How this can go from 46p to 16p and to 1p? Has anyone seen the accounts and worked out some figures? if all assets are sold to repay debts, how much money is it left to distribute to shareholders, less than a penny?

Hmmm...Pokerchips, I think the 22ml loss has to be scrutinised! That was possible at the worst time, they came up with that figure. Since price of fuel has halved and they had the Christmas period + this years holidays that most people have booked. Would be interesting to revise their figures by end of May/June to see if is all that bad! And true valuation of assets including all the slots which are being offloaded at bargain prices. It’s a rip-off and shareholders are paying for it Also all those purchase shares today, where did they come from, can’t believe that most shareholders would have sold all their shares at such a loss! But never the less it’s dirty move

Surely this will have to be investigated! At a point of declaring themselves for sale, they would have to release their financial position. Have all the slots been sold above board and at fair value? And that money is, has gone to????? It smells bad!
