Does anyone have any idea of final dissolution payment will be? It seems 29 of April will be the last day to take part on the distribution!!! Managed to average it down to 4p, but with price stuck at 1.6 don’t think I’ll get even unless we have a massive dissolution return of cash!

This did not dropped sufficiently to tempt the buyers... still unsure about all this Brexit and this is mainly a UK Bank, could be affected the most. Was expecting a retrace to below 60p... but perhaps that’s asking too much... What to do? But now or hold the nerve for a better price, current Bank buyback must be keeping this arround the 62 to 66p range!

Jimzi, Just curiosity, if you don’t mind me asking, what dealing platform are you using? I use to deal through shareprice.co.uk, but since this changed hands...to interactive investor! I Can only try to buy/sell if I have funds to cover the trade or shares to sell, also if I place a buy or sell order, funds become in available for further dealing unless I cancel the limit order

Hi Crowcast some of the news. Don’t tend to take it all as gospel, In an attempt to try to avoid brainwashing as much as possible... allot of the news are some spinoff... of version/some part of the truth. most of the time lacking in the facts to allow us to make a correct assessment of situation and consequences. Like Brexit, Someone got the public all excited about emigration, never really giving any facts and getting them to vote on it on the top of their discontent with partial part of the truth...reality just look at emigration numbers for previous years, how many people came to the UK from EU, how many from outside EU... double, treble? So, if non EU need visa to enter the UK, surely don’t issue visas and there was the immigration problem halved, or is this to simple solution! As per Brexit, all UK wanted, was to take control of their own destiny, never needed to come to this, but for obvious reasons EU was never make this easy, or the floodgates would be open. I see Europe in a mess anyway, most in high level of debt, low unemployment and crap wages that don’t cover cost of leaving no wonder! As per banks placing some money both sides of the fence, which seems to be the great talking point, that only seems prudent given Brexit could make things harder... this way business could to a point continue as much as possible on either side

Yesterday with the Buying at double of Sales, the Bank Buyback of shares and this time no government sales to dampen the uptrend pressure...increasing dividends year on year... surely we should be seeing a steady climb towards the One pound. The 66p barrier is proving difficult to overcome!

In April 17 to July 17, this went from 9p to 32p. So this can move very quickly, been here for couple of years and like the assets, see great potential should they manage to sort out the current issues. Hoping in the next 12 to 18 months, this returns to those levels.

Yep .... I was one of them! Dreaming with 10 bag... Not sure I’ll ever see my money back, even half would do me nicely.

have been in here since 2011/12 from days of 13/14p and yes its correct 15p.
seen this go from 30p to 1.75 in 2008 to recover to 20p in 2011.
at which point i decided to jump in, having missed SOLG.... put half of my portfolio on this, given the assets we had once in production, expecting this would jump to 25/30p ... still waiting lets see what happens ...SEVEN YEARS....

So what happens when or if this is delisted? as it seems that was the company intentions not long ago. Is this being pumped for a dilution as a capital raising exercise... as they were looking to become a private company and divert as much cash as possible to their operations.

on March 18 raised 750k at 0.3’s..price was arround 0.6’s Whats the current cash situation? A year later, must be closed to need to raise further funds, at current price 0.3’s if anyone goes for it... given current share price the offer could be arround half of the price I.e. 0.15’s.... I would say if that is the PI Expectations, the price would stay low until proper RNS comes out either loaded with good news or further shares issued for cash!

So after the 3p dividend gets paid... What’s next, 1p buy back of our shares or could it be more, still underwater on this.

despite the further cash distribution of 3p, this will still leave me underwater.
does anyone know if a final cash payment is due before final "Dissolution", ?
i.e. best to Sell or hold for a final buy back of my shares at the point of "dissolution" if at all this is going to happen, or best we can get is the 1p per share?

Ask 1.50, Bid 1.34 !!!! 0.16 They definitely doing what they can to put anyone off ... Any chance I can get my losses in flight tokens from new owners...

The RNS is not exactly what I was expecting, but at least now we know what the plan is! On the positive side....Is better to have our own equipment than having to wait for months for it and it seems at a lower cost. Just more concerned about the cash situation.... Do we have money to pay for all the new equipment and shipping or do we need a fundraising exercise and further dilution! Not great news for the boys looking for a quick profit, given current Uk situation with Brexit I wasn’t expecting this to gain momentum until end of August, if not year end. But never thought we would see this below 10p let-alone below 4p, if we have to raise funds, what’s the target 2p!!!

Well if they can generate enough energy to get the printers going! They may print some Zim dollars to give to PREM, which by the way are worthless and can only be spent in the country. Currently the Government confiscates any U$ which they can get their hands on and give you in its place worthless paper currency that can’t be paid out of the country and is worthless even to by daily essentials!

You expect this sort of shadey deals in corrupt jurisdictions, not in the UK which advertise its stock market as a safe place to do business under the watchful eyes of the FSA and other regulators. Just demonstrates there’s no control and is as corrupt as any other. All legislation and regulations are not worth the paper they scribbled on! Manipulation of the highest order going unpunished stealing thousands of people’s savings....

EFK, need further support, they can also obtain my consent for my 32000 shares, unfortunately sold the other 79000 at great loss given the disgraceful 1p offer

I guess for us to see a rise of 300 to 500% as some had predicted Many traders would need to have balls of steel!

In my case, not sure it will help! Have sold best part of 80,000 shares at a loss, but would still like to see the best possible offer on the table which may help many to recover some of their losses! This has been a disaster and heads should roll for this... so many have lost years of their savings. Let’s see, time will tell. I hope some are able to get in at decent price and recoup some lost money.
