Time and time again, I see the same mistakes... everyone in the western-world, think they are dealing with numpties, you forget that these politicians to get where they are, are very resourceful and astute.
They firstly play nicely and let you believe they are dumb and you are getting one over... to obtain a company commitment and investment.
then once you have already berried too much to exit, they delay at the final stages and approvals until a company is strapped for cash and have no option but to accept their terms.

I.e. went from 5.10 to 45.5!

I New that the OO shares was for the 7ml needed for the drilling , I just don’t understand the difference between existing company shares and the OO?
Are the being treated differently and would the OO shares be more valuable then normal company shares?

I don’t have any, but been watching it for a while, looking to possibly getting in.
Isn’t the current Market price the same as the offer?
If so, if someone bought now, they would be getting in at the same price of this OO offer, which I was thinking it might even go lower then the offer it self as others I’ve seen in the past and buy then at that price below the offer.
Would appreciate explanation for more savvy investors.

At the end nothing has changed with PREM, just a delay in news which is out of their control and typical in this part of the world seems to be the norm....shortsighted priorities and time scales have the habit of dragging on! :(

Normally would look to buy in on a drop like this, but lost far too much money...Plenty of jam tomorrow stocks in the AIM, reality very few make it and ever get to produce anything.
But still don’t get it, the value of purchases outweigh the sales but this looses 30%!

I’m sure there’s plenty of money in lithium, just unsure about the jurisdiction or trust in the politicians in this part of the world!
One thing I know, PREM got my 50k which after 8 years of holding.. I sold the lot for less than 1k.
from memory, at the time the government owed PREM about 20ml for their share of the costs/fees given their majority holding.
As government was so desperate for dollars, they were never going to fork out any cash.
They were actually so desperate, that they grabbed every single dollar they could get their hands on and got their banks to issue local people with their own paper money which you can’t take out of the country as it’s worthless outside!
I doubt this situation has changed and don’t remember hearing anything more about PREM being given the government share of the company as payment!
Just hope I’m wrong and most make some money.... as they say no risk no reward!

I.e. Assets for sale, joint venture on any of assets which may bring in a partner with cash?

I had some Amara mining plc (CA) holdings, purchased through “shareprice. Co.uk” back in March-2014 I was advised that they had been delisted.
At the time had 156,909 + 902 Shares, are these worth anything?
Someone told me they had a different name but I never got any information about name change or been issued with any share certificates!
Would appreciate any guidance.

Sept-18 price 2p now 1.25 just about half

Would like to do the same, add a few over next six months to average down if possible...
but with a spread of 22%... money will be better spent elsewhere
