Just a theory,
perhaps as they are expecting good flow rates, they may have fought that if they had no cash in the bank, the market may use that as an excuse to deramp the rise!
Or , if flow rates are less than the market got hyped to expect, the price will thank and they will need to raise funds at even lower price....
Seems they may be playing it safe, making sure they have funds in the bank to keep going.

I’ve been a holder for about 8 years,
30k investment for 1,089,830shares, which are now about £300 pounds.
This consolidation will make my average even higher!
No matter the amount of shares on the new company, I’ll still need the return to be 30k just to breakeven!
I’ll just to wait and see.... New name will just con new investors, as per old shareholders that lost a fortune surely won’t forget!

Buy mine first, they are more expensive 14.5p... and I’ll not make a penny of profit!

Is not just VAST, it’s the same for all companies doing business out there.
They are highly corrupt, normal rules don’t apply.
So unless you are able to attract a few influential individuals to support your cause, (of course for a fee) and the Gov benefit greatly.
You are at their mercy!
They need every dollar they can get their hands on.
I’m sure one day this will happen, is just a question of how much longer do you need to wait for or pay more to the individuals that matter!

But if you are correct, then that is how much this has dropped, since I've purchased them and average down.
I got to the point, i could not justify putting another penny in, best part of £25k now worthless!
Consolidation, will be just another con.
