I maintain my long held view that there is a huge legal challenge coming to the LSE network in general. Actively promoting & hosting companies making false claims while consistently missing deadlines & paying Directors ridiculous salaries while achieving nothing.

If this is just a conspiracy theory then why do so many companies perform dismally. The FCA can't continue to look the other way while investors continue to lose their money through following RNS released by a company. UFO have missed so many deadlines that they have created & the evidence is there to see.

And who exactly are these posters dominating forums with their endless speak that all will be ok tomorrow??

AIM stinks & is merely a Finance opton. Let's hope all the ringleaders are dealt with appropriately!!

I have to agree as this behaviour is widespread throughout AIM. The current BOD have done nothing but hang onto this business like leeches to milk as much money as they can. They're in no hurry for any legal dispute to be settled.

God help Me Denman when he seeks reelection!

Share price at an all time low.

A glossy presentation.

A glowing endorsement from a partner of Align Research..

And by my rough estimation AST's CEO Mr Dennan will have earned a minimum of £12K already!!!!

It is shocking by anybody's estimation and some would give it another term - I wonder when this organisation will be outed for what it is. Who needs progress when your'e being paid handsomely!

Mr Dennan is an Accountant not a Spiritual Healer!!!

Just ask about James Parsons on the Sound Energy/Coro Energy or Corcel Energy boards of anybody has any doubts!!!

Hyped up Sound Energy & left shareholders in a mess. Had had various other dubious roles but more recently he has been removed from more Senior roles but he still lurks in the background.

In the words of Andrew Dennan 2 years ago if AST is such a compelling investment then why hasn't every member of the over inflated BOD shown commitment and invested in shares?

Why do AST pay a part time CEO in excess of £100k per annum??

Why have the company not announced at the time when the company's strategic focus in a project has ended (eg metals/Cuba)?

Why has James Parsons being retained in a Business Development capacity and what has he achieved in more than 6 months in the role?

Despite being involved in a new major gas project, why have there hardly been any updates on progress for investors?

Why have the management not made any attempt to stabilize a rapidly declining share price?

Why has the only recent promotion of the business been through a partner of Align Research?? Feel free to check out their list of investment recommendations. Full of associations with the current management and every company performing abysmally!!!

The most recent RNS circulated to investors regarding bonus payments related to the Slovenian court case was just a confusing, wordy document which meant virtually nothing to the readers. Others have also suggested that it may be a further cover up for more dilution!!

So, really after being invested here for 8 years and sitting on a 95% loss including a 100:1 share consolidation, I would suggest that the AST management focus 'full time' not part time into driving some tangible, measurable progress. The performance of the share price here has been a direct correlation to the performance of the management.

A CEO earning in excess of £100k while overseeing a share price decline of 90%... let that sink in. It could not happen in any other sector!!!!

Well...as if we thought 2024 had been a poor year for AST, then the start to 2025 has continued to disappoint. No tangible progress anywhere, a glossy presentation and a glowing endorsement from a partner of Align Research!!! The share price continues to decline and disappoint.

Just what are the BOD playing at?? How on earth can a business be run in this way??

I wonder why the BOD are so reluctant to invest in this business if all is so great? I dearly wish that part of their incentivisation was linked to the performance of the share price.

In my opinion, the performance of this Executive team should be advertised everywhere for what it is. Payments to Directors, ridiculous salaries and basically two fingers to investors are the only messages that this BOD can produce!!!

Dennnan & Co hang your heads in shame!!! Please move on!!!

As per usual, the usual smoke and mirrors designed to cover up what is actually going on. I hope that some day these guys are all found out. I am yet to see a single tangible, measured result demonstrating how this company has made any progress and the share price performance speaks volumes.

God forbid...Mr James Parsons is still employed in a Business Development capacity!!! Under any straight forward business he would've been shown the door long ago. Utter contempt - from the ridiculous Director structure to the obscene salaries. They all know exactly how to play the AIM game in my opinion!!!

My first observation about the UFO Board when I witnessed their recent presentation first hand was that , despite having technical knowledge, they really lack Dynamism. They appear to be really set in their ways and happy to just amble along - this is probably why there has been such a high turnover of staff. They really lack a true leader with conviction.

Despite the great assets that this company has, it is apparent that the performance of the management over the last few years has been woeful to say the least!! Despite, the regular ramping that takes place on this forum, the performance of the share price is a direct correlation to the performance of the Board. The share price will always suffer if deadlines are constantly missed.

Should the first quarter pass without some form of deal being done, then I think everybody can make their own minds up.

This organisation is typical of many AIM companies, where the Management are just happy to take their time while drawing huge salaries. The introduction of a real go getting CEO is what this company needs!!

I've also pointed out before that there are indeed paid rampers on these forums - I was approached myself several years ago so be wary of any posters who suddenly appear under the guise of commenting constantly instead of just reading the posts.

Well one month into a new year and once again no progress made anywhere other than issuing more shares and making payments to Directors.

I am astonished how poor the Management are here. There appears to be no urgency anywhere. As for the pathetic marketing attempt with the Align Research partners in disguise!

I kick myself everyday for allowing myself to be conned and misled by this company.

The share price performance continues to be directly related to the non existent activities of the board. Everything about the company stinks!!

As expected the recent research note has done nothing for the share price. Investors aren't fooled here anymore.

In my opinion, nothing will really change until the current BOD move on. Looking around other pages, share growth seems to be very limited anywhere, despite positive updates as I believe more people are getting disillusioned with AIM in general. I don't think a share price of 20p will be achievable here despite any news. This charade has gone on for too long!!

Issue of shares and payments to Directors... AST's two main projects!!!!

Wonder when they will see the light and get some people in to run the company who actually care about giving a return to investors!!!

I wonder when the Directors of AST are actually going to produce some tangible results which actually moves the share price upwards!!!

Just more words....not so long ago, the so called 'Align Research' were suggesting that the share price here should be in the region of 18p!!! Just take a look at their website and the hall of fame organisations that they promote!

The Directors aren't fussed at all here as they are being paid handsomely for doing very little indeed!!

Just wondering whatever happened to Align Research who went out of their way to recommend this dog of a company. A look at their website sees all recommendations dated around 2023 & without exception, they are all performing as woefully as this shower.

This sector is unbelievable in how poor performance just seems to be normal practice!!

Might well be good news but I have no faith in the current Management to deliver anything. It is very clear what their motive is after witnessing the various pipe dreams that have failed to produce anything tangible for years!!!

I have previous experience of Investor Meet presentations and would urge caution at anybody who thinks their questions will be answered if they're difficult...

I have posted a very simple and specific question for the meet next week which I can guarantee will not be addressed..

"Where does the current Management feel that its strongest area of expertise lies and how does this translate to a return on investment for long term investors in the business who have acted purely on what the company has released through it's RNS's??"

This company are very good at producing glossy brochures and countless objectives...unfortunately as they've now proved for a number of years they're not very good at delivering!!!

Despite a Board consisting of several Accountants and so called experts, the performance of the share price is a direct correlation to their activity and performance!!

Well I see that after the first day of real New Year trading, nobody is getting carried away with the hype regarding potential of this share... I wonder why???

Mr Hutchinson & Mr Dennan agree that this is a compelling investment...for whom???

My investment remains 90% down...what a mug I am!!!!

As usual with AST, presentation looks very glossy and the company is making all of the right noises. However, let us see what tangible results are achieved.

Meanwhile, Mr Parsons is lurking in the background...I wonder when he will actually produce something in his Business Development role???

My investment is still miles short of the 20 odd pence Align Research would have you believe is achievable!!
