My first observation about the UFO Board when I witnessed their recent presentation first hand was that , despite having technical knowledge, they really lack Dynamism. They appear to be really set in their ways and happy to just amble along - this is probably why there has been such a high turnover of staff. They really lack a true leader with conviction.
Despite the great assets that this company has, it is apparent that the performance of the management over the last few years has been woeful to say the least!! Despite, the regular ramping that takes place on this forum, the performance of the share price is a direct correlation to the performance of the Board. The share price will always suffer if deadlines are constantly missed.
Should the first quarter pass without some form of deal being done, then I think everybody can make their own minds up.
This organisation is typical of many AIM companies, where the Management are just happy to take their time while drawing huge salaries. The introduction of a real go getting CEO is what this company needs!!
I've also pointed out before that there are indeed paid rampers on these forums - I was approached myself several years ago so be wary of any posters who suddenly appear under the guise of commenting constantly instead of just reading the posts.
