Business Performance 202517 Jun 2025 18:36
Since the glossy company presentation was issued in Dec 24, all that investors have been fed is a list of holdings updates, financial reorganisation and payments to Directors. An outgoing CEO on a salary in excess of £100k and a share price performance , which is embarassing to say the least.
Andrew Dennan's departure will hopefully be a blessing. There seems to be a very big reluctance to inform investors as to how the projects in the US are actually performing. I hope that he personally reads this forum so that I can personally state my disatisfaction as to how he has run this business into the ground. The priority has been rewarding Directors for failure on a consistent basis. Aside from the ongoing legal dispute which is out of the company's hands, it is alarming that no updates on the rest of the business are given.
Mr Dennan, I can't personally thank you enough for deciding to leave and rest assured, I would never, ever invest in any organisation that yourself or your colleagues are involved with ever again.
I'm amazed that the company isn't inundated every day from investors demanding to know what is going on and to find it acceptable that their investment has been handled so poorly!!!
