Well another year over...this Management team have a lot to answer for!! They typify what AIM in general stands for!!!

The market has reacted accordingly regarding this groundbreaking news!!

Forever will Mr Dennan & Mr Parsons try to convince investors that they are building a business & acting on behalf of investors instead of themselves...

Let us see how this arrangement 'benefits shareholders.' I have my reservations as AST still have James Parsons & his grubby little paws in the background. In the past anything that has been seen to be positive has proved not to be!!

As another year draws to a close I must congratulate AST's overpopulated Board on achieving absolutely nothing but lining their own pockets. The share price performance continues to be directly related to their lack of progress anywhere.

Let's hope that very soon, somebody sees the light and replaces them with someone who recognises action instead of words!!!

Good news indeed! Wonder whatever happened to Align Research?? Despite this news, not looking likely to reach their share price forecast of 20p!!!

As usual on AIM it stinks!!! Laughing at all the conspiracy theories. When will the FCA grow some & do their job. Lots of horrible, grubby people making a fortune from this market while constantly ripping off so called investors!

When oh when will this company start to actually produce some tangible, measurable success?? The share price performance is a true reflection of the activity of the BOD's activity!

James Parsons is allegedly focussing on business development but nothing has materialised. Wonder when anybody will see the light!!!!!

In my opinion LSE are leaving themselves open to future legal challenges. I was approached on this site regarding another share with a view to posting on it years ago which I blocked immediately. Anybody posting literally 100's of posts always insisting everything is good is deluded if they think they are not influencing people. This share has fallen in the region of 90% & the company has had a high turnover of staff so things are far from right. I wonder if it has occurred to anyone that certain "researchers" are concentrating on specific businesses & posting under several different names. No idea what their motive is if they're not trying to influence anybody!!

Most famous for telling LSE in a Tuesday interview for investors that "no further funding was necessary" before announcing an out of hours placing on the following Friday evening!!!

It's surely about time that the business which is supposedly AST is investigated!! For years this company has been a disaster! Just exactly what is happening on a daily basis??

The BOD are paid astronomical fees & investors are led to believe that there are other activities going on in the background. Putting the court case aside, exactly what progress is being made & why have we been led to believe that they are following a Metals strategy??

This court case is also apparently fairly cut & dried but already it is evident that any development will now be in 2025. In the meantime, the team of specialists & accountants are busy picking up their obscene wages on a part time basis for exactly what??

Shareholders have a right to know. The FCA should be held to account & start doing their jobs!!!

The LSE network provides these failing businesses with a platform to promote themselves. What on earth is the point of staging interviews which in my opinion are not factual??

Another disaster of a share I invested in had a CEO who stated on a Tuesday on LSE that fundraising wasn't necessary but then carried out an out of hours raise on the following Friday evening.

This site is littered with businesses who's accounts are disastrous but to hear them talk you would think the opposite. They're also probably paying handsome fees to be part of this.

To finish, this whole sector seems false & artificial. Alien give the impression that they are making significant progress & adding shareholder value but funnily enough, the share price says otherwise!!

And just think the LSE network provides a forum for stage managed interviews & promotion also. Every chat board has probably the same person (under different names of course!) posting on a daily basis, hyping everything up for next week/month/year! The vast majority of mugs (not investors) follow all this & strangely are 90%down on their investment!!

I'm pretty sure soon, a legal challenge will arise -this sector, in my opinion is just a channel to raise money. Ask yourself...would a company supposedly on the cusp of a joint venture really have a share price which has fallen by 80%??? If the FCA were really doing their job then this sector would look very different. I predict a legal challenge will come about soon as so many people can't continue to get ripped off when they're merely acting on information released by companies.

Despite Max's 4000 posts or whatever...while I admire his positive tone on this share, what he fails to see us that the current BOD are content to pick up their salaries - most investors will probably be dead before this company realises it's potential. The story of AIM...will all come good next week/month/year...Max was spouting that Biden would be great for this share when he got elected! Extremely positive, naive or paid to promote!!

I've seen sense & moving on out of AIM -as I believe it's just a corrupt way of raising money!!👍👍

Blimey it's depressing that someone could have pursued a career with McDonald's tossing burgers instead of promoting this outfit...

That timescale should suit the current BOD who are happy to sit around and pick up their salaries. They haven't made any long term contribution in terms of progress anywhere. They will milk this situation for all it is worth.

When will there be a formal announcement that AST are no longer pursuing a metals strategy which is what investors had been led to believe??

In any other industry this would be classed as something else but not in unregulated AIM!!

Our money hungry BOD are simply hanging around in the hope that AST get a payout from Slovenia & then they will disappear into the night to seek out their next opportunity for easy money.

There are no updates or plans in place & the metals strategy has been brushed aside. I contacted the company directly querying whether there is a metals strategy & received a standard reply about Slovenia etc.

The performance of the share price remains a true reflection of the BOD's skills & lack of achievement. A look at the other organisations that they're involved with tells a similar story which says it all!!

In my opinion sooner or later somebody will raise a legal challenge against LSE for forums such as this! The more I read, the more obvious it becomes that people are being conned and misled just by following RNS's??? In the real world that is called something else! So beware frequent posters on this forum posting several times a day...just what exactly is your motive??

AIM what a cesspit!!!

This experience has taught me a valuable lesson...I have only 2 investments left in AIM & I'm finished with it all now. Never invest in a company who's share price is in free fall & who consistently miss deadlines.

Also...never be influenced by individuals on forums such as this who insist that everything is a risk but continually post rubbish all day long to justify their existence.

Just look at the performance of this share & question why the LSE as a whole gives these organisations an audience.

I'm convinced that in future legal challenges will follow.

"Forget about the metals business it's not going to happen." Just demonstrates that investors are being misled. Hence the question...what does the business need a BOD for then.

In any other walk of life this would be seen as misrepresentation & legal proceedings would be justified!!
