I actually believe that sooner or later the LSE network will come under some heat & spotlight because after all they're creating the circus for these types of AIM companies to publicise themselves.
With SML it is fact that they have made claims which have been found to be untrue & not materialise.
The BOD are clearly not as skilled or influential as they imply.
It is simply unfair to claim that when investors lose money, it is entirely their decision & they take the risk.
In my opinion the LSE network create an environment where hysteria is encouraged & then seem to continually get away with it & turn a blind eye when things take a turn for the worst.
AIM is full of this, & staging interviews & investor presentations may one day lead to them having to deal with a legal challenge of some sort. LSE network provide the platform for this to take place!
Regarding SML, the performance of the share price & the BOD has been an embarrassment. They only seem to want to be in the spotlight when they are trying to promote something.
LSE give them the environment for the pantomiime!!!
