So we can at least expect a small rise, on a positive Utah news release !

“notice for the Annual General Meeting of shareholders of the Company ('AGM)”

I hear what’s been said and agree with the prognosis.

I have only been once to the AGM, after business, was able to engage with questions, whilst nothing sensitive was discussed, I was able to get a sense of progress at the time!

When you compare this with the London double presentation, it’s a very low key result for shareholders!

Makes me wonder what’s the point now of a company AGM !

Years ago, we had an overblown meeting of sales staff, where we discussed the business after numerous presentations!
Got to ask questions then had some projects to assimilate the companies progress!

Now, I realise this is different, but surely a “annual general meeting” constitutes a yearly meeting to discuss the business!

So, after it’s all over, why do we only get a single paragraph........ approving the probably already agreed motions?

Well many on here have had same trouble with their brokers unwillingness to provide support for ASX share dealing!

I can confirm that Interactive Investors can provide the service!

I’m sure others will give similar advise from their current brokers!

What’s a few weeks, in this long drawn out process, the main take back being our first years sales target will be hit!

Hold tight might be a bumpy week !

Just having a Saturday morning thought!

When, not if, we get the updates we are hoping for!

What actually happens that forces the share price to react to the news?

Now, “we” have been here, some for more years than they care to remember and will, if they can, add to their positions!

But, what of the newbies, the ones that will be buying in for the first time to move a share much higher?

Are they just sitting on the sidelines awaiting for the 7.01 RNS?

Or is it by word of mouth, our brokers, what triggers the “herd” ?

We mostly know the names on here, so are there many hundreds of “watchers”, as I don’t see a great deal of company PR, that would entice a generation of Reddit fans to give this small company a good boost!

Looking forward to the next few months in both hope and expectation to positive outcomes all round!

I’m sure the board, who have a total of 1.4 billion shares between them, want this to turnaround, as much as, if not more so, than the many long term holders here do!

Let’s see what gets resolved with all our outstanding gripes around Togo, along with some positive news on the sales pipeline for Utah!

Over on the HC board they were not to sure at first on this announcement !
But needless to say, Dave has once again come up trumps!

“We see further opportunity with regards to other potentially stranded assets in the region that do not have the scale to justify a standalone plant.”

More to come...........should see the SP make upwards move shortly!

Around two and a half hours £1.3 million worth of trades.........no movement in the price!.......... being held back?

Now, I’m hoping that this recent flurry of interest and volume generated in Keras, finally results into something of a re rate; that would allow me and I’m sure others, to capitalise on a very good buying opportunity with Calidus!

Also, we are still to see where the extra £1 million will be going, perhaps then,by 2023, patient shareholders could well be sitting on at least three, long term wealth contributing projects!

Four..........if we include Calidus!

Apart from the obvious B&B there “ must “ be a reason for the dramatic volume of trades today!

Could we be at a tipping point with both Togo and Utah about to be showing us some real progress?

Not sure if others have been affected by Hargreaves Lansdowne (UK broker ) not being able to recognise the recent change in status for Calidus, moving onto the ASX 500 listings!.

Family members, still holding with HL, are unable to get a price to appear in their holdings!.

We already know that for Calidus trades on HL you can only sell!.

Plus, this is only done via phone call and outside of the normal trading day!.

Another good reason to transfer to a more user friendly platform!.

I have been watching Pure for the past six months, waiting for new entry level.

For interest sake why, when companies are going to be pouring first Gold, then start the process of making money, do the “gurus” suggest pulling your long awaited holding?

Why does Lobo Tigre suggest this is the right time to sell your stake?( any links?)
