Sorry you feel that way about our company!
Agree, hasn’t performed over the years, lots of maybes!
But, if you have been here for a while, you should have at least covered some of your investment with the Calidus issue!
This is currently standing around 27p, when up and running could well overtake your comparison company mentioned!
For now we have a number of projects on hand!
If we include Calidus within our portfolios then by Gold production, regardless of Keras, will see us completely satisfied with our investments here!

Hope you also enjoy the festivities along with the rest of our shareholders !

Well we got our update.......with Calidus awaiting the SPP to finish and release the handbrake on it’s reduced SP!

To me, I can however, see Utah having a good year next year, just hoping for more positive news on Togo.

Don’t think DR & BM would pump in any money, unless they were very clear of the projects future potential!

Although agree with Jimbl not many crumbs, to comfort the peckish!

Trouble is HL will not let you buy Cai only sell at a premium fee!

Agree, price down both to reflect the offer and current sentiment of the markets!

Great price though, sit tight this can only go up in the longer term!

Probably worth taking the offer and try for more, but I would think your chances are slim as to getting your full allocation!

But as you can see, there are numerous volume trades still going through!

But take the profits, if you need to!
Hold, if you believe we’ve turned the corner and now onto something special!

I did have IG on my list, but had gone too far down the change to pull out!
I expect they are as good if not an improvement, but for now they serve their purpose in access and very reasonable charges, so at least I can access the big wide world now!

This is not a plug for II but they do give you access to all the main markets, charges for trading Calidus around £28 each trade!
(that includes fees of £20 to the ASX )

If only it wasn’t a pen pal relationship, in this digital age when you consider, I can transfer money instantly and even buy Gold with a couple of clicks into my Tally account!
Why does it take so........long to transfer a few shares!!!!!

When we first knew of the allocation of Calidus shares, I checked with HL if they would trade on the ASX and the response was luke warm!
So recently, nearly four months ago, embarked on transferring my holdings into Interactive Investor!
Recommend them, but you’ll have to be patient as both platforms are working at a snails pace to get things done!

However, with regards to this latest offer, it could mean that HL have to action this and therefore should not be charging any fees during the transaction!

As this is likely to be over subscribed, your only chance “on this offer” is if HL play ball and allow shareholders to participate!

Yes always intriguing as to how it all gets organised!

All the platforms holding your shares,will add the offer to your portfolio,if you do not wish to participate it will remain there till a specified date, then be removed by your provider.

It will show up as another line in your portfolio,instructions will be provided to explain the offer and how you can try to get more shares at the same offer price!

Good luck, but likely in this raise will be oversubscribed!

Thanks, I had to have all shares and cash together as in a drawdown SIPP, they ( HMRC ) need to know your total value and it’s adjusted as and when you cash out any of your pension!

Once this one gets a move on will be revisiting Calidus to take advantage of the coming potential!

Having gone through and still going through the transfer process from HL to II pension platforms, will give some thoughts to anyone considering this action in the future!

If you are of a nervous disposition, then do not attempt this transfer!

If you can afford to be out of the market for at least 3 months then fine!

Do not rely on either parties to have your best interest in mind!

Avoid having “cash” in your pension account, this element is covered “after” the shares have been transferred, so far it’s added three weeks to the time frame!

With HL you can pay your “subs” from outside your pension, so either move this cash to shares or take it out( DYOR) first!

On the positive side am now able to add to my Calidus shares with much reduced costs and improved flexibility in the whole process!

It had to be done, but hopefully this will be the last time!

Take this to hint at the possibility of dividends!.

“Ability to distribute surplus operating cashflows (after debt service) from the project subject to certain conditions, providing ongoing funding which can be used at Calidus’ discretion”.

• Mandatory hedging, now makes sense whilst Gold moving the wrong way........... for the time being !.

In the same boat here, similar situation, was too early in the concept, now just sticking till recovery!
So if you have your old number of shares number ( divide this by 50 ) this will be your current number of shares you hold.
Then with your old total share cost of the shares ( divide this by your current share holdings) this will give you your new break even s/p.

So currently, we are at £1.80 approx ( £1.8 divided by 50 = £.036p old equivalent p/p/s ).

Just need to be strong, at one point couldn’t see the light on this train ever coming out of the tunnel!

I thought for some time the single trades were just rounding up figures for the brokers, but surely not all these random numbers!

I’ve also watched daily trades on many of my listings over the years and not seen these sorts of numbers appearing especially with the same time stamp!

As for free trades, one would have expected to use the “ free” bit with a larger trade to take any kind benefit from the opportunity!

It’s still a Mystery!
