Thoughts, we are on the way to sorting out Utah, but that needs time, so they are looking to fill the void with something else!

The world is in a strange place and businesses are open to offers to see them through!

So could we be in for a short period of consolidation whilst we await hopefully a positive outcome!

Now I’m no Guru and do not profess to know anything more than we have already been told!

However, what we do know is that once Utah is up and running our current SP will be higher!

From the RNS in September last year we had this little ditti!

“Exploration activities are on-going at the Ogaro prospect, located 5km east-southeast of the main Nayega deposit and 4km south of the previously explored T27 deposit.

The Board will release exploration results in due course and in the meantime will keep shareholders abreast of developments at Ogaro using the Company's social media platforms.”

If it were my business……… because the Togo main project looks like it is mothballed, they move the equipment to Ogara in the meantime and use the spare cash to get this one up and running?

We were told some of the pit samples have been completed, so let’s wait and see how this all pans out!

Good news........ we’re still to mine the Gold!

Bad news....... you’ve missed the opportunity to be a shareholder in the future Gold mine, coming off the back of Keras!

Agreed, but we didn’t see Utah coming!
Money is still available even in this climate.
I don’t know how we could get out of the Togo situation without a lot of pressure on our current share price!

Whilst today’s numbers aren’t huge, the buys do still show a willingness to judge what we have in the near term to look forward to, in the form of a up and running new business!

Now, it could be that the BOD are busy in the background trying to advance the discussions or even considering other business options to offset any possible disappointment!

More than likely we will get an update, after the AGM, where they can elaborate on the Utah progress and how the finances are shaping up!

Within the Chairman’s statement!

Single line!

“The Directors are not aware of any further obstacles to the grant of the exploitation licence”.

Let’s wait and see the outcome of this statement in the coming weeks!

I cannot believe that when I went with others, to the London presentation, that we were being sold a pup!

With our original broker and recently our new broker signing off our ongoing progress, are we saying they are all complicit in a cover-up?

If so, no one involved could survive this monumental error, so I for one have complete faith in the board!

It’s looking more like a legal matter which “ has” to be resolved, for us to move on, even if only by Utah then taking on the mantle!

Perhaps our French legal team can come up with a formula that allows us to agree to pay 7/20 th of the profits accredited, less government taxes, from the initial lease!

Should be quite a low number I’d hasten to think!

I’d like to think a good reason to invest will be the outlook for our share price, currently not reflecting, even our single asset in the Utah!

Don’t think Dave would be wasting time being in this, any longer than needs necessary!

He has his plate full currently, but has a great team behind him and likely still a very positive influence within Keras!
