(as an aside to wellwell - i judge sell and buy points independently but connected. i do not Sell to buy).
Ricfle
i would suggest you, me and many reading this BB has the same view. lets assume the EPS "works" and by that i mean gets to 17k bls in say 12/ 18 months time with no negatives that outway the positives. i.e. eps "works". then the 2C has real value. what is that value? i would say $1.5 to $3 per bl (excluding a bidding war). so that is a shedload. call it $5bn between mates? or about £2 'ish sp?
the above is all rather vague and rounded. what a surprise!
now the point is the sp will move (in my view) from the current c52p to c.£2 in a non-linear manner (aka - it will not go up each day or month). equally other shares will not also. so there is clear ability to hold share A and sell and buy share B..etc etc.
(this is getting as wordy as AD's sat on a tree posts!lol)
we are all investing in (in my view) the start of the oil bull cycle (other than the last week or so which is why i now hold cash).
now what is my buy in point?..well it is relative to other investment cases. i see an SP of 45p as the min support (over to boyzee to justify or shutdown) and 50p as fair low value. but if other (shares) i rate and follow drop below what i consider as fair value i will buy them instead!
august is a time to have cash at hand in my view.
so a non-answer i would suggest?
(to be clear i am not holding at current SP, but would not be selling either!)
