Cobus Loots, CEO of Pan African Resources, on delivering sector-leading returns for shareholders. Watch the video here.
As much as I'd love to be able to buy a new house i cant see this being 100p anytime soon!
Genuine prediction, I think we will have received revenues on a multiple contracts and be in the process of completing deals worth crica 100m euros. I predict we will in the range of 15p-35p. Depending on size of contracts, number of completed contracts and any potential delays to revenues.
Absolutely. Two key factors for me are:
1) Over 50% of FEVR revenue is derived from just one country (UK), which in comparison to the Global market is tiny! This shows how much room for growth there still is.
2) Gin accounts for a very small % of UK spirit sales, although it is certainly growing. Therefore the move to provide mixers for darker spirits such as whiskey & rums shows the opportunity for further Growth in the UK still very much exists.
Fantastic time to invest, anything under 3500 is cheap considering we broke 4000 not long ago. I got in for 2500 and am sitting pretty for long-term growth.
A decent climb, such as the one we are now seeing, indicates we may hear good news soon - that is if word is spreading.
Although given the recent plunge this is more than likely just the SP finding its true value now the fear has subsided. The company could wait for this climb to settle before they announce a trading update.
I encourage you to read the past few RNS if you think future contracts revenue will not reach £1m. We have contracts worth over 10m euros to be signed in Q4 2018 amd Q1 2019.
I am not one for ramping and, believe me, some of the guys on here are very annoying. But i would hate for that to change your stance. Have a little read of what i suggested, the information is all there to see. If you are invested then this will lead to more than "pocket money"
Also, for those that are claiming Ian Price (CEO) stated contracts and delivery would commence in 2019. This is not strictly true. Ian provided three dates for contracts to be signed, closed and revenues to be received, starting THIS YEAR. These are as follows:
Phoenix Biomass Energy: 2018 Q4
Brooke Energy UK (WALES): 2019 Q1
PT CITRA Vietnam: 2019 Q2
So in fact we actually have contracts, not MOUs, due to be signed and sealed in each of the following quarters. Here is the part RE 2018 contract:
"On 24 September 2018 the Company announced that it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with US energy company Phoenix Biomass Energy to exclusively supply its EGT for two power plants in California, USA, with contracts expected to be valued in the region of €10 million in total. Financial close is expected in late Q4 2018 and the purchase contracts executed shortly thereafter."
Valid point that existing MOUs will not turn into contracts (cash) until early 2019. However, the CEO has also said contracts worth £80-100m are being discussed, if a MOU is reached for one of these deals it is likely to involve a % of payment upfront as financing for the deal.
Of course, whilst this is fairly common practice at this level, I am still speculating. However, if this is the case then we WILL see a rerate and likely remain at a higher SP as revenues will be confirmed.
As you say, this is short term. If you want to look long term at this stock, why focus solely on the peaks of 1.5 & 1.3?
How about the fact we were at 0.32 back in May, 0.9 in September and now opened today at 1.12. Of course there will be peaks and dips but the overall trend is still very clear in my opinion. All looking good.
Why are people acting as if anything of note has happened today? The SP is doubt about 0.05 of a penny, just a few %!!
This share is stable as we are awaiting news. Please understand that on AIM a steady SP will still drift slightly day to day. Lets be patient, we are all aware of the potential and it will be realised when contracts news is released.
Never thought I would see the day Eqtec had a steady SP with strong support!
But here we are. All waiting patiently for the news that we know is coming, great job Ian Price. He has certainly steadied the ship and with the 10m loan increase, he has minimised the risk involved, hence the strong support at these levels.
It is also worth pointing out that the current situation here is different to your average stock.
The volumes traded are currently extremely low as the majority of the market has taken their position. We are now awaiting the news that Ian Price (Our new CEO) has told us to expect and so far delivered on.
Therefore the SP has not increased or drifted much at all over the past two weeks. The onyl thing that will shift the current SP is good/bad news or months and months with no news as the market will assume the contracts are not coming.
I do get that they can be irritating and they do just keep repeating the good news.
However, they dont make things up and what they say is genuinely true. Just because they plaster it over this board every day, doesn't mean that it is any less relevant or that Eqtec is not going to reach year highs over the coming months.
My advice would be just to mute them - although i do enjoy you guys taking the piss out of each other now and then!
The trend of a big jump in SP followed by a long drawn out retrace seems to be over. After the Ian Price interview that confirmed contracts are due soon we saw a large jump and have now remained relatively steady since.
We have found support at 1.1-1.2 and investors have clearly taken their places and we will remain here until we get the big news Ian teased in the interview.
Exciting times ahead for those holding.
Short term a lot of people will be hurting. I wouldn't worry too much though as this will recover quite straightforwardly. I expect this to approach former highs by year end. Id guess this will see 3500p within a month.
Worse case scenario we wait until 2018 accounts are released and the SP surges off the back of continued growth and expansion in the US market.
Although that is all easy for me to say - my average is 2700p!
HAHA great comment - nothing illegal ever goes on here in AIM!
Also, if they did it correctly, it would be very easy to do legally. Of course the actual transaction would be his own money, but it would be fairly easy to reward (repay) him for excellent performance with a nice big bonus further down the line.
Not saying it definitely happened, I have no information to suggest it either did or did not. But if you chaps think everything that goes on at board level is all (pardon the pun) above board - then unfortunately you are being ignorant!
Although saying that - whether true or not - it seems to have worked a treat! Look at some of the huge buys coming in already today.
It could be the case that the board have played this brilliantly and got the stock back on track
