whats occurring?

I spotted this yesterday and this morning at 10% but had to do the school run and don't like to buy before 10 am as a rule. Think I might have to leave it for now serious risk of spike. Same directors as EUA means good mgt and possible incoming funds, but good be over hyped and not done all the research yet. The other minign stocks definitely dip up and down on rise, but then again EUA was only short chance to get in under 1p which is the other nag in my mind. Btu where's the news that's going to keep the interest going?

Anybody know what price paid on warrants? Would it have been polite for them to say?

Couldn't buy that many and they may just send the price up more so pay more. But the point is to raise funds for the company which buying existing shares does not do. Most new shares come with warrants so you get a little brucey bonus to buy more later which will likely be cheap if you choose to. The placing may be at a premium if they have a confident plan and need the funds. Hopefully the dilution does not affect existing shares after all more capital is going on and it bodes well. Struggling firms churning out shares to stay afloat is different to here.

And you can see those wanting to deramp filling the board with nonsense and putting line spaces between moronic statements to clear away the quality stuff written on the board meant to inform. I'd even forgotten myself why this had gone up after reading the crappy board. IMHO There's 4 or 5 bits of good news relating to the rise and good if not perfect fundamentals. As the investor of 10% should have been named, probably by law, but hasn't there is nervousness. Which means people sell when it is falling which is what is open to manipulation for those that want to make fools part with their money.

Russian govt released news of infrastructure which LTH seemed to be very pleased about as this was a cost company might have had. Shows state backing mines and so on in the far east going to be lots of investment. Few days before was a new investor here taken 10% but or something but has not yet been named (maybe hence drop due to nervousness). this company has big assets and lots of nickel which with an Indonesian ban on exports will be in short supply to the far east perhaps, needed for batteries. This company has had cashflow problems it seems but also recently sorted out some finance. So there was a big rise, and some people have day traded it. Nothing like as firm as EUA or as advanced perhaps, so people will dip out again and join if they have time to monitor it closely. If you don't or want to check back in a week, month, its a strong hold or buy here IMHO.

Done my 4th top up on this now. Regretted the second for a little while but now I think the fractions of pence probably aren't going to matter and have learnt a bundle about tree shakes. Am a newbie, if I wasn't I'd be telling more of my family to get some but with my money and risk level I'm about as confident as I think I'll get that a deal is going to be done and the downside risks are minimal.

All the trades are blue something afoot I hope.

Saudi results yet to be announced but considered positive gives this share a nice longevity and reason to hold not dump. Not a 1 mine pony and not too long to wait for more possible BOOOOM, as the saying goes.

I was telling SXX people to look at EUA, AMC, KEFI, BMN, NFX, ZOE and FARN few days ago. So far just two of the days top all share risers in there so not doing so bad with the picks for a newbie. Like watching fireworks go off, very topical.

I'm quite new to this one. There was a bit of a crazy one day spike last week then the company forced to move to deny any knowledge of a reason didn't they being the main issue. So good for a day trader perhaps if they got in really early only and dumped like they do in AIM. Even after the big drop I decided to come in here because of the repeated punchy buys, the steady rise showing in the chart and the former price of the share. And I think I read that it originally dropped off a cliff because some drugs were thought to not work in trials. But when they looked again they did work? Is that right or am I confusing it with another of my picks this morning? And some presentations coming up v soon?

These pharma stocks are quite a complex area to trade in it seems but an area where big breakthroughs are made. Ideal trader material or wealth makers. Have to say find mining a lot more penetrable, like children could understand it. This Woodford feller I'm reading about looked like he was into the pharma game quite big at the end. From what I can make out he was quite unfortunate with his investors pulling money quickly because quite a few of his picks look like they have turned a corner since to me. I'm new to this but spending big chunks of the day watching the whole ftse market. Maybe pharma is one in the future to specialise in with mining for a bit of light relief.

Add that Indonesia, who supplies up to 30% of world nickel has banned exports of ore because it wants domestic smelting. So shortage of Nickel ore about and price rising. And the russian govt has announced lots of new infrastructure in the far east on roads etc and backing companies probably with a view to supplying the far east with minerals. And this company has sorted its finance out a fair bit and got a new investor but would be very ripe for a takeover with very significant assets. And that batteries are a big deal right now and all forms of the technology will probably have some deployment somewhere in the future.

Me too in Matad and this. Seemed like winners. Think could be medium term. Maybe slight problem is fossil fuels unfashionable as some institutions are divesting upsetting the normal food chain. I still thought there will be sufficient demand and support for conventional or offshore finds though, not fracked ones and could see these resurge a little the fracking ban. They have kind of dipped so much I feel obliged to hang on to them and my impression from market reports is that fossil fuels are doing ok just now compared to other sectors in reality. I've not been doing this long enough but maybe some bigger funds will be slowly accumulating these now and on next good news something will take off.

Don't think this has been overly pumped there has been good RNSs around new investor, new infrastructure, new results and its in a hot sector. It has been worth more in the past too. Cash situation not amazing so ripe for a takeover or partner but the asset value appears to be significant. Think it might be near a limit for today as people won't want to get spiked, but it won't fall back a lot from here I think before rising most days is my feeling. There is going to be EUA investors looking for a repeat with spare cash too. Both benefit the same developments - i.e. Russia investing on the far east border to increase China links. Makes sense. Glad I topped up yesterday at a price lower than I bought last week.

Maybe but if two banks from 2 countries are selling it and the company is not on a big cash burn not so easy. There is the alternative to mine it for themselves. Even if a discount is offered plenty of room for it. The adviser from Goldman Sachs that joined the board hopefully got it covered. Seems like it.

I thought the RNS was very positive and thought the earlier post might have been a cheeky deramp to get in. I don't understand this sector much yet though but I noticed it said like it worked on 2 of 6 patients but 3 had to withdraw or something like that. Company job is to positive spin it which they did not do enough in my opinion. It should say it worked on all but one patient who completed or something! This share has been moving and everyone thought Woodford, or was it leaky leaky of these results? I watch with interest as not informed enough to know. That's when the CEO needs to step in and really sell the results at the end of the RNS and at a quick glance that didn't happen for me as a layman.
