So having been in trx you can see the chart is a similar story. But then when you look at the fundamentals its not so easy to see the upside e.g. losing 30 million both past years. 20 million in bank raising 7 million etc. Nowt to be excited about. What's the new contracts going to mean and how they turning this around? The staff cuts aren't enough. Is it a disruptive technology and will sales grow 1000% again in the next 5 years and will cost only increase by 500% again (so that would be 30million revenue with 200million costs just losing the £170million a year? Or have them costs been building the mothership? I would read the 19 page pdf but I'm just asking the reasons why I or anybody else should?

I cant read sams 1000s of posts but he joined in march and his piechart says hes commented on just 4 or 5 shares mainly so it stacks up. Except you might have thought hed been doing it only couple of m9nths but maybe thats why he made such a good start. Lurked for a while. Rob im not so keen on this board noticably deteriorated when he arrived but im open minded who has good intentions. Not going to befriend anyone but my good this activity would be dull without some human interaction.

When a big holder dumps it has a chain reaction sending price down. Sometimes its deliberate. When they or another buys back it goes up. Called slingshot effect i believe. Some here are calling this one a recovery play. Sometimes shares that have a bit of news are prime for slinshot it seems and things are so sentiment driven they can go opposite to logic depending on whether its real ir fake. But with trx there does seem good story and fundamentals to make it worth at least 2 to 3p or a lth imho. Gla

Id be worried if a trainee pilot thought he knew it all before he did or didnt ask questions, for everyone. Sam im real impressed with how well youve done from the off and can only think you had either very good luck, tips or instinct. The boards can be a bit of a cesspit but the newbies often have a gr8 attitude compared and could improve this place if that spirit continued. I think you will be smart enough to work out whats real or not and have already disarmed quite a few by not being a knowall divwot. Like the way you have your target set and a future planned if you pull it off that will be some skill sure plenty will be jealous. Think you are actually teaching others as much as you are learning how simply it could be done. If you havnt just been lucky! I suspect you have a large overall intelligence rather than trying to show off by steering conversations to your own area of quasi expertise aka spouting crap. More of a pilot than groundcrew.

No problem with people selling or just commenting once if they dont fancy a share. A few on here just so incessant and negative though so they can say i told you so even though they are wrong ten times a day. Not many pis can short or be bears so its bad form to repeatedly pour water on a share. On the mechanics of mining n9t many could work it out so you go from experts. Sp moes on sentiment though and you dont need to be able to fix an engine to be a good driver. Its like zen and motorcycle maintenance. I wouldnt risk more than u can afford on eua but all the signs look good and if they dont sell still got a great asset. If it were in the west people would pay a lot more i think but the ultimaye buyers will be russian or chinese so they wont care so much.

I've always had businesses and property so struggled to get mortgages even like when I had hundreds of ks to put down. Mad really. So I don't have a mortgage but not much cash left over so doing shares seems like something you can get into with £10k or so so appealed. But I realised you might spread it thin while you leatn but once you do you probably need to opnly have a few shares to keep on top of but you will have others on your radar. £500 quids is my normal minimum, maybe £400 if pushed but I'm heading towards concentrating into 2 or 3 shares at a time and reading the cues. Thought too much like an LTH to begin with.

I just got it for a month to see as in £24. It's definitely useful and you get to see live trades. Speculate to accumulate. I haven't totally worked the LSE one out yet as seems different to some others but you get a decent handle where things are going, but you still can't stop it! Like I think blue is bad on the ask side but good on the bid side now whereas first I wondered if bluer the better like normal.

you could be the next Neil Woodford Sam, celebrity investor. Seriously I think you can do well as a PI with no costs and your amount of capital. Maybe sticky way £30k and just keep investing with £15k? then you cant really lose and that should be enough. Are you using an ISA to invest because you should be with your first £20k?

I'm with X-0 it's 5.95 a trade in a nominee ISA and never struggled to get shares, yet. Would recommend

Think MMs night have done you a favour on those 3 Mr B! lol. I've been in all 3 still in 2. Hopign I3E rises to 60p again but seems immune to good news at times! Not sure fossil fuels have the same food chain they used to or summit fishy about that share is my hunch as a newbie. TRX been good to me so far think it has bounced, so much interest in it like you rarely see for a share at this price

So an Austarlian university is getting involved to build the wordl class mining skills in Ethiopia. Sounds like a good endorsement and way forward. Share was already doing well today.

All sounds promising. From my reading today Ethiopia is worth 5-9p alone even before Saudi. When the Saudi results get analysed and valued properly surely this will take off again. GLA
