just the balance sheet suggests its worth 3 x mcap if stopped trading tomorrow so fundamentals look ok to me. Not an LTH though

Seen it doing well few days taking a punt in at .95 had some spare cash and thought insp might have sailed today.

Is the conclusion the 10% is held by at least 4 beneficial owners through an asset manager or that the shares were forward sold somehow so never registered to the asset manager. Or something else? It seems to be the first perhaps but which in the list is the asset manager if so?

Short term eua most likely to pay off. Mid term Kefi. Sirius the biggest gamble but maybe the highest nav in the end. Not in a good place. Should be best bet due to political sphere but being strangled by technical issues/cost/planning requirements/finance.

Just checked again not as big as I thought but more shares coming in. Over 800mil in issue I thought I read much less but only on my phone. Might have held out and may get back in if bottoms out

100 million shares seemed quite big to me

After a really positive RNS today nowvbiggest faller? Was up 60% yesterday when a massive dilution seemed to be announced from a loan conversion. I wonder if that has sunken in? I myself am worried so have stepped out while this settles and see the effect. Was expecting another big rise bit mad.

Mean exactly what I said with the limitations of my knowledge stated. The news sounds great but this company lost about £5million last year and had 2.5million cash on the balance sheet, not sure if they have further financing off the top of my head just now because I have up to 20 stocks at a time but is a worry. So I made 10% on it already but "keeping watch" to see if any articles or opinion comes out about whether the tech is a game changer because I'm sure there are quite a few vying to be that and not the only fuel cell revolution I've picked up in the last few weeks even (platinum air fuel cells were another I think). LTHs could be 80% down at the moment so does not seem to make much sense to buy and sit on it get the money working for you until the fundamentals change if you have time in the day. If you don't then yeah buy it and sit on it if you think you'll look back in a year and see you are a millionaire. In 10 years I might have expected the company to come up with some self sustaining revenues otherwise how much are these people getting paid to have a jolly time researching? That's anti innovation or enterprise if directors and employees get a cosy job doing nothing of impact. Might be in this they just hit the jackpot and not ruled that out but it seems to be acting more like a uni research department than a business at the mo. I wouldn't try and manipulate the price that would probably be illegal but it is fine to share thoughts it's where these boards get most useful. I have management and law degrees so understand a bit how business works and have built and sold a business from scratch too without any outside investment just hard work. Retail investors help the world most with direct investment but they need the PIs if they want to ever get their money out or get the full benefit. They can wait a long time for a dividend clearly!

I'm new to it but my guess would be to get the level 2 order book on subscription e.g. from here on LSe to see what MMs are doing and live orders. Otherwise with an online broker you can do dummy buys to see a clue what the live price and availability might be. I'm considering getting another monitor and the level 2 stuff.

I am trying to day trade a bit more an not get too attached to shares so sold this morning with a 10% profit due to lukewarm start. So far looks a bad decision but what was weighing in my mind was the way this company loses so much money and doesn't have a huge amount left. I think it could be a disruptive technology as they say but the choice of where the world is going seems far from settled. This company does great research but up to now has not paid it's way. I watch with interest ready to get back in if something changes my mind but I already re-invested for the day in MNRG when it swung from 20% down to 5% up. Hopefully over time my understanding of the tech improves so I would know more if to believe the claims being made.

People worried about getting spiked should probably remember there has been two strong pieces of news lately that are not related and both relate to early stage of excellent projects. One in Africa one in Saudi Arabia. Also the results for Saudi are for the first 10% of depth of resource only so more could follow if I read correctly (literal tip of iceberg (or volcano). I am a bit curious why the price hasn't gone up more today on news, but did yesterday, I guess it was due to leaks or just the expectation of news where there was already an expectation of success. But it's not a one off spike anyway IMHO.

Was hoping to get back in on a dip after 1.12 but never quite happened got back in anyway. Wish I'd left the profit in and thought so immediately but I was going to have a go at playing the dips and rises following EUA and AMC what I have seen as a newbie. Thought the Saudi tests would bring another rise eventually but interest may wane. Instead the good news keeps coming and with the company putting estimates on it's npv in this RNS it's more reliable than many sources and I don't know enough to work it out myself yet.

As a relative newbie I think this share is a very good lesson, like eua but in different way. I think this serenity find is significant but the sp has reacted very oddly. Odd to see a barrage of buys all day Thursday and the sp not move. I think it shows how with something like this there will be games. I read about the slingshot effect where a big fund can sell shares off to deliberately lower the price. Perhaps shorting along the way. Then they start buying back and raising the price as they do making money all the way along. Or it could happen by accident I suppose with a sell off but is legal I read. The placing here was an added twist too wonder how coordinated it all is or not. If this has happened it is possible to surf it I guess if you don't bail out. So was 20p not so long ago then 58p at peak not so long ago so lots of chances for people to play games. I agree with fact 70 percent of AIM will lose money but that's the nature of backing small business, you know that but the hope is there is a big win that makes up for your losses. Also some funds will just decide to divest from fossil fuels I guess which might impact a share. I'm down from 50p so holding to see if we ride back up. I think this share is possibly kind of a big deal at the mo in the city and some standard games are being played, might be wrong.

TR-1 French investment bank seems to have taken a 5% stake. Not yet worked out what this means i.e. is it Woodford related etc.
