Just posting what it says in the accounts for the benefit of those who haven't got there yet, plus my interpretation of what that means. Even Mr Klein can't deny the CNOOC news is a bit of a surprise.

I can summarise it:

"Although Empyrean are hopeful that the farm down will be completed in 2025 (their words), in the light of the renewed claim from CNOOC, we need a bigger and faster sell down to happen quickly, to ensure our survival".

Although some of this is standard, it includes reference to CNOOC again.

"The Company therefore requires additional funding to fund the ongoing cash needs of the business for the foreseeable future and may require further funding should it be required to settle amounts claimed by CNOOC. The Directors acknowledge that this funding is not guaranteed. These conditions indicate that there is a material uncertainty which may cast significant doubt over the Company's ability to continue as a going concern and, therefore, the Company may be unable to realise its assets and discharge its liabilities in the normal course of business"

First thing that jumps out from the accounts - re the $12m claimed by CNooc. I think it's safe to assume we thought that had gone away...

"The Company received an email from CNOOC on 21 August 2025 which referred to the previous letter of demand and reiterated CNOOC's position on this matter."

That would be serious.

So. No trades at all again over at Conrad.

No trades, no interest and no farm out this week that JT71 said was likely to happen. I'm sure he'll re-appear here at some stage claiming he's still a holder and this is going to rocket soon. Lol.

Worst case, there will be an update from Conrad in their quarterlies at the end of October.

I thought you said Brewster was banned? Do you live with him, to have that sort of detail of his sleeping habits?

So....one share only traded at Conrad overnight. Hardly a ringing endorsement of the likelihood of a farm out by tomorrow, as predicted by JT71. Surprising that no-one in Oz sees the 20 bagger coming for them. No-one apart from him.

Reality is, imo, this does not go higher until there is news- and .08p remains as chart resistance.

Let's see how the day goes.

Hopefully there might be lots of volume in Conrad overnight. That'll be a good sign.

Nice that you can celebrate a share price that is the same as the opening price yesterday and is only down about 50% from the highs of a couple of weeks ago, A few crumbs, I guess. Let's see if there are similar celebrations tomorrow 'cos don't forget your chief cheerleader, JT71, has said it's very likely the farm out is this week - just to get you all excited. Another rip roaring day over at Conrad. 2000 shares traded all day. That's about 750 quid. No interest there then.

Same on Met1. Hit 'em with a barrage of ramps and then disappear. Same MO everywhere.

JT71. That's a perfect description of all your posts. Look at your previous posts on PREM, for example. Repetitive, disruptive and certainly misleading. ^2 posts in two days! Look in the mirror.

But Brewster is half right. Tom WAS the company. He was the one who could raise the dosh, when needed. He could finesse a deal - sometimes good or sometimes bad. He could keep the CLN holders at bay when they were pushing for their money. He was the one that could keep all the plates spinning when it looked like they would fall.

Gaz is a nice guy. I've met him several times and he doesn't profess (or want to be) a CEO. Interim or not. As for the other two NED's, again I've met them many times. Nice enough, but not in the same league as Tom and by their own admission were only there to maintain the facade of a UK listing and for tax purposes (lol!).

They'll be fine as long as long as the ship is steady, their creditors behave and the farm out comes to the rescue for them sooner rather than later.

JT71. When you accuse Brewster that he had "added deliberate misinformation" you're only replicating what you do yourself all the time - across multiple boards. Prime example from your post here at 10.26:

"News as we know on JV partner of offer can come at any time and likely this week".

There is absolutely zero evidence that it is "likely this week". It's a blatant lie. It COULD happen - but no-one in authority has indicated that. It COULD be by Christmas. The best Conrad have said is they are working to do it soon. Like they have said for the last four years. Your "subtle" ramp is as disingenuous as an opposing de-ramp.

So can I respectfully ask both of you to cool it and show a little bit of respect? Even just for one day? Please?

But you'll be pleased to hear I'm going to leave you to it. I said a week ago that I guessed there were a few "amateurs" (your description)on this bb - and my motive here was to persuade these "amateurs" that, at the very least they should check and double check what was actually stated as "fact" on here by both rampers and de-rampers. Trust no-one, I said, nobody on here are your friends and the "gangs" work in very unscrupulous ways.

Hopefully that message has got across. There are certainly more and more people starting to question your own motives.

If people still want to buy after doing their own research, I have no problem with that at all.

As far as not surviving in the "real" city - funnily enough I did. Working for one of the biggest US brokers at the time - initially as a mm for about 8 years. I loved the City but hated the "dog eat dog" atmosphere. Couldn't stand it, so I got out. Simples.

So there you have it. Until there is some real news I'm off.
