Ben Richardson, CEO at SulNOx, confident they can cost-effectively decarbonise commercial shipping. Watch the video here.
Thanks folks. Appreciate your responses so far. So it's possibly a hybrid which might jump on a sales update and trundle on BAU.
Thanks Dai. I'd missed all the additional info on the RNS, having stopped at David Minchin's comments.
It's all looking reasonably positive isn't it ?
ha ha D-Geeman. By return let me offer this: I pointed out to my daughter that she spends a lot of time staring at her phone. She replied "What, like you and your shares, dad ?" Touche.
Having derisked from HE1 just above 26p (free ride from here on in - woo hoo !) I'm weighing up IQAI and ADV as next growers.
Thanks stiarno. So, a near-threefold increase over DG12's post. Nothing's guaranteed, of course, but it's a reassuring reminder.
Cheers.
What does it say, stiarno ? I'm intrigued. :)
@D-Geeman - any idea when it was originally posted by Trek ? Because if it was six months ago then IQAI has a LOT of work to do.
Sorry if I've missed this in the 'noise' of the last couple of days - been busy so not really scoured. But what's the view on the unexpected nature of the helium show at 500m ? It's not what they'd predicted. So on the one hand I'm wondering if it's good (IE: more evidence of Helium existing in significant quantities), or if it's a bad thing (does it throw any doubt abotu the chamber they're trying to reach ?
Dai2Belts - you're probably one of the most technically informed here after reading up on it for the last six months - any thoughts ???
Yes, I'm very tempted by IQAI, but a little concerned about liquidity of stock. I like the look of what the company does and its potential to replicate from early adopters - particularly in America - as health systems struggle to catch up after the 18 month Covid-induced backlog will force them to increase efficiency.
Do you think this is one of those "the major commercial step forward could happen any day" type shares ? Or is it more likely to be an accumulation of sales that slowly grows the company over the next couple of years ?
Just kind of "phone a friend" type asking.
Okay, I've a shortlist and ADV is very high on it. The BB here is not the busiest, but it's one of the most excited. I see lots of comments around the theme of "multiple bags" and "currently overlooked, but not for long"
If you had to offer three or four concise reasons for your excitement, what would they be ? In other words - why are you convinced of the potential here ?
Please note, I am not deramping or planting seeds of doubt; just genuinely looking to see what you lovely people have cottoned onto.
So this has been an interesting opportunity to add to a holding. 25% down from very recent highs on absolutely no bad news whatsoever. At high 50s there's still a long way up for this share to go. So at low 40s, it's obvious, isn't it ? Buy now. Hold.
Oh well.
Eyes turn to the RNS.
Next two weeks imo.
Yes, at the risk of sounding like I'm ramping, it seems pretty clear to me that the current level of c£120-130M is where the "unexcited market" values EQT, established by current projects - North Fork, Deeside, etc. It won't take much for the market to get excited again.
IIRC we have 8 "live" projects closed over the last few years.
If the company closes just another four in 2021 that would be an incredible acceleration in the scale of the business. Ignore all the moaning about "we were promised 13 deals in 2021", and think what it would mean to grow a utility firm by 50% in six months; especially one that has proprietary tech in the green space.
I am holding here, and will continue to do so unless there is a significant material change in the company's prospects.
(cue Trading Update admitting that the pipeline has fallen by 90% - Lol)
Ha ha - I know how you feel MayAnya. I was doing the same last night scouring that RNS thinking to myself "I'm just not seeing it with these tired eyes". :)
And thanks Hall123.
Anyway, great - if 8 weeks has been mentioned then yes we may be due something sooner rather than later. My limited experience with N4P is that these things somehow take a little longer than advertised. So it may yet be a couple of weeks.
That said, you'd want to be in before a surprise announcement could spring us right up into the 20s.
I know it could go way over that level, of course, but I'm not a ramper.
Good weekend everyone. And C'mon England !
Hi MayAnya.
Are you referring to the update on 20th May ?
If so, I can't see any reference to 8 weeks (bu it is late, and I'm not at 100% attention tonight).
Nigel does say: "Whilst the results from the work at Evotec may be a little later than expected, we remain more optimistic as to the outcome following the results seen in the pilot study and I look forward to providing further updates as soon as practicable in the coming months."
Completely agree with your "hold hold hold" sentiment, though. Only an idiot would sell now.
This is what I infer from that same statement in May:
Nuvec monodisperse formulation / in-vivo -. . . . the pilot study "will be repeated and extended to validate the results seen from this pilot study which, if consistent, would demonstrate a significant improvement through the use of this newly formulated Nuvec®. " So, I think we can expect an update on that in coming months. When ? Maybe next week. Maybe September. Who knows - Nigel didn't offer a scheduled roadmap.
Evotec . . . . the RNS states: "it is likely to push any results from the Evotec in vivo work into the third quarter of this year". Well, we're 1 week into Q3, with 12 weeks to go. So, results could be published any day, but I'd imagine it's more likely to be in a few weeks, rather than a few days. Of course, I may be totally wrong and an RNS pops up tomorrow morning. But better to have bought in now, rather than in 4 or 5 weeks, after the SP has climbed in anticipation. :)
And a word of warning comes from Nigel: "Whilst there can be no guarantee of either agreement resulting in a commercial collaboration, it marks a major step forward as we apply third party materials to Nuvec®".
So do, everyone, bear in mind that both MTAs could conclude without progressing onto a commercial partnership. That's the risk of AIM, and why we put our money in here for a major multi-bag instead of a FTSE350.
Of course we all hope that big step forward DOES happen.
And if a couple more MTAs can be added, then it would add a lot more confidence that at least ONE of them will progress.
Sorry, I'm probably a boring, rational, balanced voice here. To be clear, I do believe N4P has a very good shot at being a significant multi-bagger in the next 12-24 months. But setting expectations more calmly. (cue 7am RNS windfall).
Good luck all.
Hi Slappy. One or two near-empty glasses this morning after last night's celebration.
And I understand/agree with your sentiment that it would be good to get news form the CEO on progress. The Trading statement in March was excellent, and another like that every 6 months would be encouraging.
There has actually been quite a lot of positive activity in 2021 for EQT, but the SP doesn't feel like it heard about it.
Thanks uksteveg. Much appreciated. I'm normally better sourced but in a bit of a rush. Cheers.
So many empty green boxes in the feed. MrTriumph must be busy today.
And for the purposes of clarity, Mr T, I'm referring to your comments which are now filtered from me.
I'm not making some reference to evil farmers putting small green boxes made by Microsoft into the animal feed so we all have magnetic cows.
Right, enough fool-baiting. Looking forward to N4P's success in the near future.
Hi all. It's been a while. Appreciate I'm being lazy but I've only a few minutes free time.
Just wondered if the better informed here could remind us whether there's an up-to-date analyst note setting out the current picture for BMN and their view of where the SP should be ? LSE only shows Broker ratings in 2019. Cheers
Okay MrT - you're a complete fruitcase. Congratulations, you become only the third person to be Filtered.
Oh, and your grammar is dreadful. And it's "their" not "there".
And don't call people "Son". You know it's both patronising and sexist.
WTAF ?! "Probably a left-winger like all the oyher bed wetters out there." Man alive it amazes me how the ill-informed are so often the most aggressive about it. Can I hazard a guess that Prof Paul Hunter - a professor in health protection for the last 20 years - has considerably more knowledge and experience on the matter than you, MrTriumph ?
I love how the Titanic is trotted out to demonstrate that experts are inherently wrong. A single event that happened once. And it wasn't that "experts said it couldn't sink" (commonly mis-reported), it's that it was designed to be unsinkable. Subtle but important difference.
For balance, how about the experts that claim the shape of a monoplane wing can provide enough uplift to raise a fully laden Boeing 747 into the air ? So that's a singular Titanic versus about half a billion successful Boeing 747 take-offs.
Anyway, back to N4P - looking like a nice bit of support and interest building here in the lead-up to milestones on the MTAs. Hopefully news to come this week or next. If tomorrow is a third consecutive day of solid rising then I'm topping up.
Whoever you are, if you're replying to me then you've forgotten that I've filtered you. I can see the green box, but not your comment. It's a genuinely delightful experience. Like muting Laurence Fox.
