Ok it’ll boost the cash balance which is great and remove uncertainty around the company going bust but given the total lack of strategy, sales pipeline, CEO etc I doubt the market would price us more than whatever the cash value is post dispute. Not that that is a bad thing as it’d be at least a doubling of what it is now, but it certainly wouldn’t soar. All it’d mean is we have more money to cover losses so continue as a going concern for a few more years.

Harv - the half year results rns said £16.5m revenue and expectation of £2m in q3 and q4, giving £20.5m. Full year was actually £21m so it looks highly unlikely that q4 saw big growth, unless there was a random drop in q3.
Q1 and q2 2023 could be terrifyingly low.

Because it will completely wipe our cash balance and more, demolish what is left of our reputation and render the company almost worthless. If we lose outright that suggests to other potential customers and investors that we were effectively fiddling the taxpayer in times of a national health emergency. An awful look. I doubt we were doing that but that could be the perception should we lose.

Remember that non covid last year was £6m, almost half of 2029. The company has given us absolutely nothing to suggest we will better that this year. Best case this year I see £10m revenue, worst case £2-3m.

WBA - £0.01 if we lose the dispute. Until then it can drift to anything from where we are now to that. I feel sure the next update is going to be brutal so can see 40’s, but no I have no evidence for this so am not shorting it. I just can’t see how we get a positive 2023 with no covid revenue and the dispute round our neck like a ball and chain.
