I got stopped out and blew my SB account. Some great gains from last year. Now realise thou that this is a great opportunity to be buying everything. Averaging down a good idea if you got time to wait for the recovery. I Might have to raid the piggy bank again. GLA.

Well as they said in trading statement. The good part was that they are on the upper end of expectations. 147m not sure how the market will react thou.

This could take 3-6 months to recover just like SARS did.

That’s the thing alto, I was of the mindset buy when all others are fearful and bought a ftse long bet. Thinking after a 3.5% drop yesterday can’t have much more down today but it’s just kept going. Another kick in the nuts for me today. Where does it reverse or are we in the early declines of the much awaited bear market.

Got to admit lads I messed up and bought the top today. I’ve done well out of WH over the last few months managed to trade around the ups and downs but today went in big and paying for it now. Silly rushed decision. I hope it has a good trending day tomorrow but this virus has a lot to answer for.

All I can say is that these results need to be amazing.

I think we need to forget about the uk business and rate this company on its US side then any extra that comes from the uk is a bonus. Agree with alto it’s a US business not a UK company anymore.

Looking forward to the results on the 26th feb, be good to see actual figures this time. Also news of the partnership is only going to be a positive re getting WH name out there to all those millions of new customers in the US. Great post alto by the way.

Do you mean once he owns more than 30% he has to make an offer for the whole company? Also can we assume anything further from the fact he’s investing another 78k into the company. I wonder if he would be allowed to convert so close to a potential sale. Or is there a time frame say 6 weeks before market moving news coming out?

Ffs day trader I’ll give them a buzz tried twice already thou not picking up just on hold. Am aware of guaranteed stops but they are often to big a distance. Thanks for mentioning them though.

Took IG 8 mins to get me out of the SB position this morning. With a stop at 120. Closed me out at 106. Don’t know why we bother having stops. They never work when you need them. Thought about having a moan but I know they will say couldn’t sell to anyone. Can’t believe this is 30% down when 56% of share are gone.

Thanks Andy and riddler for the reply’s. Let’s hope next week brings a good rise. Any ideas if brexit will have a influence on the SP. or will end of jan turn out to be another millennium bug story.

Riddler can you explain the importance of the UT trade in relation to finablr’s current situation. I’ve learnt to ignore UT trades as it’s just the movement of shares between two parties at no cost to anyone hence no impact on the share price. Do educate me thou if I’m talking rubbish. Everyday a learning day of course.
