Either way can be argued it will be good for cineworld. If the deal happens then it’s full steam ahead for growth of the business. But if the deal gets stopped then the market could like it and think we’ll at least they not got increasing debt. So surely win win situation. Even if it pulls back on bad news of deal not going ahead I think it will be massively bought into for some great gains. Trouble will be getting your mits on any shares. GLA have a good weekend.
It just means the trade took place closer to the buy or sell price. Like mine I was closer to the sell price at the time. So it shows red. It just meant my broker was happy to give me shares at a low price perhaps they had too many they wanted to get rid of quick. Risky on my part as it could signal a down turn in price. They didn’t wish to be left holding the baby so to speak. We will see what today brings.

Also could there be news coming on deal either fallen through hence drop or deal signed and shares needed to sell as price goes sky high. Either way happy to hold out. Bit gutted as I got back in this morning at 84 thou. Could have had a few more shares.
Remember we have the takeover date pencilled in for end of the month 30th. Then also cineplex have delayed their results till the 29th conveniently. Together with likely opening mid July. The next 6 weeks could produce great news for cineworld. And us shareholders. I wonder if cineworld tried to negotiate further of happy to pay what was previously signalled 2.1 Bn
