Decided to put my ESL holding into here. Bought down my average now to 75p. Happy to weather the storm and hope sport back to norm ASAP. GLA.

Sold for a small profit, not liking this. Not understanding where they are taking this. Talk of investment company and cash raises. Just sounds like nothing left of the company apart from the name. Hope it comes good for you all.

Can’t believe the MCAP 37 Mill, surely the trucks alone are worth more. I just tried looking 2500 trucks roughly, unless some else got an exact figure.

Your asking a question that is impossible to answer. No one knows the future. But by drip feeding the investment you can gain an edge. Buy some now and if it goes up you win if it goes down buy some more, you win medium / long term. Just be prepared for the medium to long term hold. GLA

Glad to see some recovery, glad I averaged down and now only need 10p to break even.
I wonder if it will be short lived though as a lot of the recent gains could be from portfolio shuffling due to year end Soon. Could get a drop into last few days of month then another surge at beginning of month and then hopefully a slow recovery from there. I thinking I’ll hold some cash back in case it goes low again and buy more but if carries on up then that’s great also. GLA

Thanks for reply, I thought it would only move related to supply and demand. Just thought 7% is way to much movement when the volume bought and sold is similar. Seems they can do whatever they wish. More you learn about market mechanics the more I realise the odds are stacked in every way against the investor. I’m happy to leave my holding for a long time so shouldn’t matter to me. Will wait till stonechecker sold. Even if takes a long time. Took me 6 months once to sell a car so something like stonechecker not going to be 5 mins.

Can anyone explain how a SP can drop 7% on roughly equal numbers of buys and sells. ? What criteria determines the movement of a share.

Being honest I know nil about Greggs . Normally best to buy the run up to results rather than just for the results day.

Surely events could still be played to allow betting thou. Just that you can’t go and watch it.

I nearly bought Eddie stobart but think I missed the boat last week. Also said I’d stay away from aim shares.

That’s why I bought now. I’ll kick myself if it rises and I didn’t.

You could buy half now and if it falls more half again.

I think market might bob around for a few weeks then recover. That strong rise this morning wasn’t recovery just 1st trading day of month orders going through now that’s over back to consolidation. Then hopefully a move up steady.

Well took the chance and bought some while it’s low. Once all this blows over I’m sure WH will pick up. Good opportunity to buy some. Sitting on lower support on charts so think it will take something massive to knock it much lower but happy to wait on this. Real shares this time no SB for me.

Topped up today. Lowered my average. Looking forward to some good news.

what an opportunity this is thou for those that have cash on the side. Surely time to be buying if you can hold for the recovery.

I wonder with everything being so cheap, is there more chance of a takeover. Or is there some rule that states has to be over a certain price. ?
