I have to agree with Daytrade on this one , I rarely contribute on here but do visit regularly but it's getting very boring having to find informative posts amongst all the name calling and ***** fights , and as a complete neutral It seems to me that redco seems to instigate most of it . What I will say though is that it's such a shame fruitster gets lumped in with him as I find his insight very helpful usually. Just my two cents for what it's worth ??

JB. The mediation process ended on the 18th and the report was published , both sides then had one week to consider the mediation proposals and then a further 2 weeks to get together and reach an agreement in line with the proposals , bringing us up to the 8th November. ??

Mediation has alreasy finished , that's why the mediation recommendations are already available to the cwu . They have until next Friday to get together with rm to come to an agreement over the recommendations . If no agreement is reached by that time then cwu can announce dates for strike action .
