Sounds like very poor management rather than poor work ethic. Most people will naturally do the minimum if allowed to get away with it . Especially if moral is low already. If you don't feel valued as an employee it's hard to value your employment . Update on Royal Mail Group dispute.

General Secretary Dave Ward and Deputy General Secretary (Postal) Terry Pullinger have today met with Royal Mail Group.

The CWU raised all the major issues of concern for our members and both parties have agreed to reflect on the position in the next 24 hours.

In the meantime, all focus should be remain on once again delivering huge support for the strikes on Thursday and Friday.
