RE: Berenberg’s view….21 Jul 2022 16:21
I agree with everything you're saying but.... there was enough cash to go around when they were dishing out bonuses to them selves and shareholders , and i'm sure you understand that this leads to a lot of resentment amongst staff. Especially when we only get offered 2% and a little bit more if we allow them to crack the whip. I beleive that a company is only as good as it's workforce , and when you feel undervalued as an employee it completley depletes your moral, and an unhappy employee is not a very productive one. I'm positive there is an element of that factored into the companies losses. Happy employee is more productive and provides better customer service which generates higher customer satisfaction which can and likley does lead to more custom and more income.
I think you said in one of your posts the other day that every action has equal and opposite reaction . Treat us like monkeys ... get peanuts. Science ***** :)
That wasnt me calling you a ***** by the way , just a breaking bad quote :)
In all seriousness, ive worked for RM for 27 years now and iv'e never know moral so low. There has to be some truth to what i just wrote. Just my thoughts. GLA
