It doesn't seem to make much difference whether the Oil Price goes up or down. The SP seems to go down whatever the case. It may improve our Financials, but the more we make, the more is 'Trousered' by SO. Whatever happens here seems to have an overall negative result. You can bet yer life if anything is announced that's going to give us a boost, SO will make a cash call, then DOWN will go the price again.

JIM: I doubt very much whether the Chinese would get involved in dialogue, but simply the need to remain 'Neutral' and as major shareholder's, wouldn't want to influence anyone with 'hear-say' or take sides. I expect they will have their own take on this share and will make noises in the right directions if they so choose. Can't blame you for trying though as something needs to be done, but with major shareholder's, it's goes along the lines of 'insider' talk, of sorts and could give them a bad name. It's Stefan's nose that needs to be put out of joint?

The best guy you can track down is Brokerman Daniel. If he's invested, then he will make very big noises in the right places. You will recall the unsavoury spat he had a couple of years ago with Stefan, so he's the one to fling the Poo at the Fan! :) Once he gets stuck in, there's no holding him back. One tenacious guy!

I think there's very little logic with MXO. If there were, it's inside Stefan's head, but he won't share it. If we knew what he know's, we'd probably be a darn site better off than we are now. Problem is, he doesn't give much away (legitimately, that is) The guy's almost a closed book?

I remember way back when Stefan used to be all nice and communicative. He was everyone's 'friend' and he was trusted. I always was and still am a sceptic, and from the outset I commented on this Forum that once he's up and running and making good money, he will show his true colour's later on. Now we know, and it's no surprise to me. I may as well keep what I have which is a pittance on the basis that it may at some point, head towards a Penny providing Olivier hasn't delsited and gone private to save AIM fees? Again, time will tell?

The Chinese all bought shares within a fairly short space of time from each other, so yes, he MUST know them. There must be an old Chinese Proverb about buying duff shares? Hmm

You are unfortunately right. Until the US stops pi55 are*ing about, the UK sorts out the difference between their Backside, elbow and Brexit and we get our act together, this could well have another Zero added the score up top. Not good. The Stock Market's declining despite the US rallying up by 1000 points the other day. It's not going anywhere anytime soon that's to our advantage, unless Olivier pulls a Rabbit out of the hat. I expect that would be dead too? :(

I'd try not to bring the share subject up and tell them that they are 'moving forward' (HATE that phrase!), and good news is expected in Q1, providing you don't have to qualify that. Just feed them loads of Booze and they will forget it...you hope, just as long as you are not frequently quizzed about it which means they are on your case. Pretty awkward, especially if you were so sure that MXO would deliver....we all were? For me, I will not ever be Share Dealing again.

I am down a total of £6k all told. Fortunately for me, I'm single, never married and never intended to. Too dangerous, so I don't get nagged or threatened with 'The spare room', neither does my partner dare ask me about them. She knows better than to quiz me about sensitive things like shares and financials. Better still, we have our own house and we live alone. MUCH better :)

My earlier partner died though eating poisoned Mushrooms, very nasty indeed, nice girl too. The lady that followed her also died, tragically from a fractured skull. The reason for that was that she wouldn't eat her Mushrooms!

Shares CAN go lower. FLPC was the original PPA, then ASTAR before MXO. The moved to the US whereby William Voaden, A Director/CEO moved from PPA to FLPC. Stefan was the CEO of North American Petroleum, but I don't know what happened to that one. He has years experience in the Oil business, but you wouldn't think so! Very Amateur in the way he runs the business as most CEOs are much more communicative with Share holder's?

It's the same with many of these small Oiler's, they come to the AIM to gain financing for 5-10 years and when they've made some cash, they either delist and go private, flog it to someone else as a going concern, then bugger off and leave us in the lurch. So many have gone this way since I've been wasting money on the AIM, although it's not been a total disaster since (2003). Garmin did me well and so did Jessops, but it still owes me c£4K. Pointless in worrying about that, it's gone now and all I have is this and RRL and neither will give me a decent return now?

A mate of mine lost £200,000 overnight as he thought he'd wait just ONE more day to see what happened, and it Tanked and smashed his share into 'matchwood', never to recover. I know of one or two other horror stories like that :((

Yes, I agree. It rather proves that when push comes to shove, it's run by devissive Public School boys with Millionaire Parents and out for their own ends. Great at tub thumping and pumping money to the rich and stuff the poor, making barely challengeable legislation and shafting the motorist. Perhaps at the end of the day, they should simply stay in. It shows that the majority of MPs haven't the gumption to fight for their side and are bullied by the higher authorities.
