Thanks Faz. I’ve been wanting to ask questions about the contract for a while now but haven’t. I did mention concern over the longevity of signing process but the interview with PB raised another issue for me. The one I raised this week.

It’s good to be on a board like this one, knowing that you can ask a question and not get shot down as being a numpty or a holder who sold and wants back in at a lower price. To clarify, I haven’t sold my holding and what I have is waiting for at least £3, but to be honest, unless COVID is over which means I can move abroad or I need the money for something else, not one share is being sold. I last sold some at 40p or thereabouts and that grates my soul....grrrr Ultimately, that was the right decision at the time though.

I’m sure all will be okay and we shall have the pipeline laid and COHO flowing very shortly.

Obviously I don’t know the nitty gritty elements of the contract and I am not a big business man pretending to know anything of the world PB operates in, I just make assumptions and formulate my thoughts from the little bits that appear on YouTube interviews. I appreciate your explanation McCangts but it doesn’t cover the burning question in my mind, can NGC just keep delaying and delaying? Seemingly they can without incurring penalties. That has to be a concern, it is for me at least. We shall see by the end of February if the pipeline has begun or not? Personally I think it will have started as I trust (there’s that word again) in PB and his judgement. After all, he hasn’t failed me yet. In fact, the genius of PB, his team and the Mighty TXP are combining to make dreams come true.

Just spitballing here.....you know I am uber positive about the Mighty TXP....but....

A couple of months ago I stated that I was nervous about the NGC contract, namely that it was taking so long to sign. After watching PB on the YouTube interview today I have to say, I'm not happy with what was described. A contract without penalties for NGC is not much of a contract in my opinion. I understand PB does not want penalties for TXP should we get a duster but we haven't got dusters, we have 'world class' discoveries.

What if BP and their Ginger field look more attractive to NGC? Can NGC just turn around and say that our TXP pipeline is not being installed? Then what? If there are no penalty clauses then presumably there would be no come back and ultimately we would sit with our 'world class' gas fields but with no pipeline or customers.

On the face of it, the 'biggest contract we will ever sign' isn't that protective to the interests of TXP.
Before anybody says I'm talking rubbish, PB even says in the interview 'I hate to say it but it's a trust approach' Trust in business is only ever useful if things are going smoothly.

Hmmmm......PB......I don't know sir, I just don't know......

I know this is the best board on LSE but I want your thoughts please and do not hold back if you think I am completely wrong. I just can't reconcile this in my mind.....

As far as I understand things, BP are testing so therefore our own testing is delayed. Does anybody know what BP is testing? Is it a new field to come online or are they testing an existing field for some reason? Just wondering if there is a new field from BP about to come online and supply gas in T&T?

Thanks Lexion. Mrs Photo said she heard PB mention it on the presentation and she wasn’t even in the same room as me. Apparently there was mention of a sea monster which caught her and my eight year olds attention? I missed that part of the presentation for some reason? Must have been busy dreaming mermaids?

Only good things in store, Grater. This is our year, as last week showed. EOY SP will be something very special. Not sure how much as I’m not clever enough to work that out precisely, I am guessing at no less than £3 though.

PB’s presentation tonight will be yet another stunning performance by the Big Man!!I think we will hear a number of updates, a shot across the bows to ward off any potential suitors looking to spend ‘pocket money’ to take us over and at the end everybody will sit content knowing that they have picked the Golden Ticket this time!!

£3k a penny, that’s very very nice. My per penny increase is less but plenty for my own life goals. £3k would be lovely and I could have been fully retired now but hey ho....it’s fun having a goal to aim at!! I was a butler for years and seeing those folks with too much money makes me want to still have goals to aim at.

I had to catch myself this morning. I looked at the 4p rise and just took it for granted. I had to remind myself of the amount that is worth in £‘s. How easy it is to become complacent in what we have in the Mighty TXP.....
