Whilst on the LSE page, is anybody else getting an advert in the right hand corner of their screen of very fit girls in gym wear? It's really distracting!! I'm trying to read the board but every two seconds another beauty appears in her ridiculously tight outfit.... It's taken me all afternoon to read three TXP posts...... If you're not getting this advert, let me know, I'll happily keep an eye on it for you.....

Our reserves might be small for the big boys in the grand scale of things, but it’s in the ground as opposed to under water, the government of the country where our reserves are located want to buy it and it’s going straight from the ground to the customers. It’s a peach of a deal for a big player. They must be looking very hard at us I would have thought?

In a year we have hit multiple 'world class' gas fields.
A year ago I asked PB where he saw us in two years? I don't remember his exact answer but I don't think TXP's position today was in his 'real' thoughts. Maybe he did?

Maybe we can finally get to Cas Deep.....;-)

Do I understand it correctly, we still didn't get to Cascudura Deep? If not, blimey, we got a lot more gas and we still haven't hit the target that we were aiming for!! How far in Kms is Cas Deep drill site from Casudura?

Agreed, Rykline, and as far as I know the state of NGC's cashflow isn't new news? New to me, but not new to more serious investors than myself.

I just think that as the NGC deal has been dragging on for quite a while, today's news and the SP kicking today, PB needs to tell us what is happening. Maybe nothing is happening? Maybe there is nothing to say?

Still a happy holder in the Mighty TXP. I've been in shares long enough to know that the rollercoaster of investing happens and today we are on a downward piece of the ride.

So if I understand this news correctly:

We are trying to do a deal with a company (NGC) that doesn't have that much money. NGC are supposedly going to pay for a pipeline to be installed, which as far as I know, hasn't begun yet? Have they got the money to make this deal?

Looking at sales without NGC, if that were to happen, one of our alternatives is to sell to customers directly, are they the same customers that are currently not paying NGC?

As you know from my past posting, I am uber positive about TXP and the future, but today's news isn't filling me with joy. The first time this has happened for me regarding TXP I have to be honest.

Personally, I think PB needs to make an announcement regarding the NGC deal as the SP is getting a kicking and us share holders have only been loyal on the rise and rise of the Mighty TXP. Easy to be loyal on a continual rise, but with a significant piece of news, such as today's, I think PB needs to reassure us all.....well me at least please PB....

Any thoughts?

Would it be fair to assume that the installation of the Coho-1 pipeline can't commence until we get the RNS about the NGC contract?

I have that exact amount, David. I so believed in the TXP story that I bought a fair few up to 20p. When we dropped from 55p to 40p I sold a lot and got all of my original and additional investments back and a nice profit. I then got very lucky to buy back in/top up at 25p and if I off set that purchase against my original profit, my current holding is a free carry. I am very very lucky and to be honest, PB and the Mighty TXP team have made 2020 a good financial year. With the wedding industry on its knees, TXP has been a lifeline.

Sure David. I was working for a client way back when TXP was in the 12p range. I was sitting in her lovely garden and for some reason I decided to buy TXP? The exact reason escapes me now? Maybe Malcy had mentioned it? I tried to buy £3k but my purchase appeared to fail. I tried another purchase of £3k. After about 10 minutes I saw on my account that both purchases had been successful. Normally, Mrs Photo and I discuss any purchases or sales, on this occasion it was a spur of the moment decision, not my style. I then decided that I'd keep it a surprise from Mrs Photo until it 'eventually' reached 20p. Now look at the SP!! I was very lucky and thank my lucky stars that I found TXP way back then.

I love the Mighty TXP and I hope to shake hands, or elbows, with PB one day.

I know I've mentioned this before but the Mighty TXP is simply the best mistake purchase I ever made!! I laugh everytime I think of that day sat in a clients garden.....Happy Days!!

Purely out of interest I typed into Firefox 'how big is biggest gas field' WOW!! 1,800 TCF!! It's called South Pars/North Dome and it's in the Persian Gulf.
