For god sake, there is a loss after tax and revenue down too more than expected. I don't see anything good with the H1 results. Call me a shorter or a deramper but these are hard facts. Guess this board will be happier when this reaches under 200p with oil at $100. Crazy!

If it goes under £3, then there are some problems...you would probably average then at £3 to see it go under £2.5 or even £2

But, I don't think we will see new lows hopefully, it's just the macro news that is affecting it for now. Once the dust settles, perhaps we may see MA getting his own 30% stake in few weeks/ months etc for the final takeover

Such a large reduction by DE shaw yet there was very little upward movement yesterday. Hopefully we see some rise tomorrow after an awful day today.

It is down 15% when it reached 440p couple of weeks ago on no negative news specific to Asos. Hope they are not waiting for another 15% drop before they wake up!

Why the hell management doesn't release an update like Next and M&S and calm down some nerves. Understand the retail data wasn't good enough, but the online retail sales was relatively good.

After Camelot's stake increase, should have been a steady rise. Don't understand the f...kery going on here.

We need online clothing retailers to go up which includes Next, Bohoo, etc. to make a sustain return. Not sure why Boohoo and Next are down so far today.

The report on online sales is for the first 6 months of 2023..ie to June 2023. The retail sales figure published this morning for July were worse than expected, hence the fall but I am hoping it was just the tree shake and nothing else. Will be interesting to see where we close today. Hold tight

Regarding HBR, revised EPL or ER next week could possibly improve things...fingers crossed!

Linda is CEO of HBR, hope you know that! She can influence the share price of HBR more than anybody else, stock market movements are irrelevant when there's positive news that can directly affect HBR.

Ask those who bought at 330p+ when Brent was at $86 six months ago. They are down roughly 30% and if that's not scary then what is. Just pray that Brent holds more than $80 and Linda pulls out something in next week's ER otherwise this could go down real fast.

Totally agree that HBR got some serious problems! I did warn the other day that couple of dollars fall in Brent could bring this down to low 240s....not far now. If Linda and Co. want this to rise, then they have one opportunity to do it next week. Otherwise this can be painful to hold if Brent goes further down in low 80s or even less.

Happy with the share price too? HBR reached 269 yesterday when Brent was around $86

IF Linda can come out with a cunning plan as to move out of UK tax jurisdiction in the upcoming results later this month, that could be a game changer. I am hoping that happens and will hold my shares until then to see the way forward!

A dividend of 20p for example will bring down the sp by 40p!!! crazy!

If another buyback program of £200m is announce, that would be depressing for the stock price . I would rather sit on the sidelines and wait for it to over as I am sure they will want this to stay at depressed levels. Also, could buy at a bargain.

Only a revised positive EPL, can move this share meaningfully and that ain't going to happen soon given the Brent and gas prices soaring yet again.

Also, the buyback program going on does not want this to go much higher so the management indirectly are also trying to keep stock at depressed levels. But, the big play is EPL here and until that is resolved, any spikes will be sold into in a few hours/ days. Even if Brent reaches $90, this will struggle to break 270-275p!!

We should hopefully be able to get into FTSE 250 if our Mcap stays above £500m . There are 30+ companies from the bottom whose Market cap is between £300m to £600m. Our current Market cap is £510m as of yesterday's close. Fingers crossed!

Spread was 10p in IG at open for 20 mins, now about 5p which is still high and one has to pay what is quoted in IG. I remember spread being less than 1p when this was trading in 330-350p range when people were scared to buy. Goes to show that sentiment has now improved and people want a piece of this pie in their portfolio.

There's a spread of 10p between buy and sell which is quite high imo. Looks like there's limited shares availability when the spread is as high as this.

Isn't Talos supposed to report today? We probably may have a clearer picture as to where this is heading
