Last results give net current assets of £1.2M. Admin costs thus far this year pro rata with last year's costs are minus £0.8M. This leaves only £0.4M net assets or 0.4p per share. SP currently way above this, so GMSI valuation looks crucial to underpinning SP.

How much is the stake in GMSI valued at?

As is the fall in gold price today despite the $ index imploding again. Gold is priced in $, so $ down means commodity dollar based price up. If gold is falling in a falling dollar then it is being sold at the same time and at a faster rate than the dollar. Run from the $ and run from gold even faster. What a joke!

Currently 47M shares. £13M at 10p is another 130M shares. This is a dilution factor of 2.75:1. New shares will account for 73% of the company. Surely such a large overhang will take some time to clear.

gold setting a new 13 month high last night, but yet again it's walked back down. It makes no sense to break such a long term high and not punch significantly higher, especially with so much consolidation since the initial spike a month ago. Surely we're going to see a big move higher in the gold price very soon. For next targets we have the previous highs at 1307 and 1345, but the most likely candidate for me looks like the next fib at 1380, especially as it is very close to the high at 1387. GLA

Excellent to see gold and silver shrugging off EUR rate cut. Gold $21 up from spike lows. GDX and GDXJ also moving up.

I agree with you Daisan. I've gone in 3 times now as 7.0p was crossed and been forced out each time. Hopefully it will actually move next time. The PM picture is certainly interesting. I agree regarding the COT, but as with anything it's only a good guide until it isn't. Black Rock ETF issues on Friday, huge buying of physical by banks in 2016 and the weak nature of PM smashes on US data dumps of late suggest something is different. The technical picture is also excellent with multi year down channel broken, golden cross done the other week and gold above it's first fib toward the all time high. Silver also looks like it may be about to breach it's recent high, which would be very bullish. There is an FOMC speaker on Monday and the FOMC rate decision a week Wednesday. If the PM prices weather this the complex may move much higher. Hope you're in some more perky PM stocks. I've purchased a stack of AMA shares for the Perseus Mining warrants that come as part of the takeover agreement. Will give me a free geared play on a rising gold price. Best of luck.

Gold soaring again and yet this is still failing to make ANY headway. There seems to be a large amount of selling every time we get over 7p.

13:30 BLS gold smash fails again. Gold already rebounding strongly toward multi month highs. Anyone selling in hope of a lower entry will be sorely disappointed IMO. Next stop $1307 within the week.
