Net current assets as of 2015-06-30, current assets of £228K minus current liabilities of £217K gives £11K. Raised about £700K since then giving £711K, but admin expenses were running at £716K per 6 months, so how much do you reckon they have left 9 months later? Not a lot.

Also, if the deal goes ahead, CAD will have the option to divest its Ukraine assets and focus on Slovenia should the geopolitical situation in Ukraine deteriorate further. The offer would be an excellent move for CAD IMO.

With CAD's cash pile the Petisovci field can be developed unlocking a huge revenue stream and a much higher valuation for all involved.

AST and CAD market caps are quite different, but AST has debts greater than it's market cap and CAD has more cash than it's market cap, so in a sense CAD is cheaper than AST. Seems folk haven't twigged and are just looking at the headline market caps. Given the rise in AST, the smart money should be buying here too. I expect to see an all share merger and CAD will benefit greatly from that.

The companies should also be made to issue a full total voting rights history so we can see their market capitalization over time.

It would be so much simpler if all mining companies had to register all this licence interests and resources on a centralized database in a standardized format. Guess the lack of transparency has its advantages.

I'm pretty angry anyway today. Spent the last 3 weeks trying to analyze all the gold mining stocks. You wouldn't believe how difficult it is trying to compile a complete list of licences and resource statements. Almost impossible. Look at several of them again today trying to add to the dataset, but their information is split over hundred of inconsistent documents and so far I'm no further forward today after another eight hours. An absolute joke. How we are supposed to get any proper idea of what to invest in is beyond me. I'd need to spend several months researching 24/7 and then would still need to contact each BOD to ensure the information was correct. I feel like giving up. Guess I should just trade GDX or GDJX and STFU.

It seems to be getting worse ATM. I've never seen it this bad in my 6 years trading.

I bought a tiny amount of stock on the first up tick today. Starts to rally. Why would I sell on good news? Now at day low and no sell liquidity.
