They already have another EU listing in Frankfurt (E4M1) courtesy of the automatic dual listing arrangements between TSX and FRA. Why would they want two listings active during the European trading session? May also have something to do with merger between Frankfurt and London exchanges.

Which puts cash per share at about 6p, 200% up from here and 400% on the day. Looks criminally undervalued.

We've had several near broke AIM tiddlers doing gigantic moves on mediocre news the last fortnight. Perhaps the market is just flushing the weak ready for the next move. GLA

There are bound to be some trades marked as sells with such a big move, but the news is excellent and the cash position was already hefty. Too much caution might well be the mistake with this one. Doesn't look a funding ramp to me.
